So we leave, she's in tears...we get home and find he hasn't sanded it evenly with the tooth beside it (front tooth repair for the 3rd time) nor has he smoothed the back at all. The care was terrible, procedure "completed" but not done well, and he was already behind when we arrived. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

Now I had to wear a retainer, which was provided to me. In November 2022 I retired and moved down to Florida. Prior to leaving Dr. Olson and his staff fared me well and gave me molds of my teeth in case I needed to make more retainers or for anything else. With all of the hassles of moving and settling down, I lost my retainers. I looked around at many dental facilities and no one would use the molds and I was quoted $500 to $900 for new plastic retainers. My expenses had been stretched and I found it to expensive. A week went by and I could feel my teeth moving out of place. So I reached out to Dr. Olson and his staff for help. They stated that they still had me on file and could have a new set shipped overnight. And for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't you know that literally a day and a half later I had new retainers. I kid you not, if I was a millionaire I would offer to move Dr. Olson's entire practice and house all his great staff to wherever I end up. It's this type of compassionate service to their customers at Olson Orthodontics that makes me wish I had more services like them around me. The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Before any actual treatment began the doctors met with me and my daughter to assess what needed to be done. They did not rush us through or push us to make a decision. I truly felt as though the best care for my daughter was their only concern. During her treatment I have never been "left out of the loop" . They explain each procedure, why it's being done and what the result should be. The explanation is also given to my daughter. She is included in her care. I think that's huge. From the moment you enter the office the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.
