Perhaps their facials are great but this review is to address their dysport injections (like…read moreBotox). I spent $900 which I was surprised because where I used to go was $1600 (they went out of business old place I went too). I got the injections in the later part of October early November. I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. So it was a waste of money, energy and time. I gave them a maybe because they might have excellent services but I go somewhere else for my facials.

Was really excited about finding a new esthetician in the Portland area. It had been a while since…read moreI've gotten a good facial, plus I just had a baby and self-care had been on my mind and especially important to me. I had reached out and they were unable to get me in even though I was open 6 weeks out. They came back around and "squeezed me in" but did not forget to NOT SO SUBTLY remind me that a 20% and upwards tips were basically expected... ok, that's fine.. I always tip my service providers.. ALWAYS.. I was a nail technician for 10 years! I had to reschedule my appointment because a situation came up last minute and I was not able to find last minute childcare. I contacted them 8 days out to cancel. I was told that Sunshine would be contacting me to reschedule. This was over 30 days ago. I reached out again after not hearing from anyone 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a phone call.. literally nothing. When I contacted them again, I definitely did not feel the customer service was at all present. Maybe they are very busy with the Groupon deals... but if you are unable to provide service in a timely manner, then putting out deals does not help your clients or your business. Bottom line is: I didn't ask for any royal or VIP treatment. I believe giving a business multiple chances to do what they promise to (return my phone call to reschedule me) within a timely manner isn't asking too much and when I voice my concerns I expect some form of customer service for my patronage. Base on scheduling alone, I will not be using their service. I'm going to wait to go to the girl that I use for waxing at Lotus Blossom Organic Spa (Angelica is seriously amazing at what she does. She also has Groupon deals but I have never been made to feel like my business doesn't matter!) Also- I'm getting my money back from Groupon!

I was so excited about getting a facial and about finding someone I could go to regularly to get my…read moreskin cleared up. I used to live in Arizona and the weather change has really messed up my skin. The place is very cute and sits above a hair salon which is very very noisy. My aesthetician was named sunshine and she was very nice but she had just eaten something and smelled like food her hands smelled like garlic. She cleansed my face very quickly and then put a steamer on me very closely to where it was suffocating me. Then she left the room for about 7-10 minutes. I had pads on my eyes so I couldn't see the steamer to move it out-of-the-way and I didn't want to sit up because I might burn myself. It is a big liability to leave a client alone with a hot steam on their face. It actually burned my upper lip. Then she also left the room when I was masking. Also my hour treatment started at 2 PM and I was out by 2:50 that included me putting my clothes on and checking out. Of the 45 minutes of the actual treatment, I was alone for about 15-20 minutes. Just laying there. I can do that at home. It was one of the most horrible facials I have ever gotten when I left I was caked with Dewey moisturizer I had to go home and wash my face she also did not do any extractions. And try to upsell me several times. Buyer beware! I will not be back. Since posting my experience this is what I received from the owner (attached) very unprofessional. I don't think she even knows who I am since she didn't use a cleansing brush on me. It was my first time there, so how was I supposed to just know when she left the room she could still hear me? She never said, holler if you need me. She just said "steam away" and left the room. I since have found a great place for customized facials and my esthetician never leaves the room or tries to sell me on more than I need.

Let me first start by saying the "spa" here should have its own yelp because a lot of these reviews…read moreare for the medical procedures which are misleading to really how terrible this place is claiming to be a top spa. Now, maybe I am just used to the TRUE luxury spas like in Scottsdale, AZ or Southern California but if people here think this is a luxury spa you have not really been to one. First, upon arrival it is clear they want to push their med spa and procedures there was nothing but advertisements, creams, and marking for that in your face everywhere you turned. After checking in, the woman said she would give me a tour, she led me to a glass door that was supposed to be an outdoor patio and said I could use it if I wanted some sun, I looked out to see a broken fountain, a mess of chairs thrown about, and nothing relaxing or enticing that made me want to go out there. Next, she led me down the stairs to the soaking pool, cold dip, etc. I booked this place for one reason. I am recovering from an injury and wanted to soak in a hot tub, sauna, etc. While it was visually pleasing in that particular part, but then she said "and today since it is so hot out, we have the soaking pool at am ambient temperature." Like what do you mean ambient? I was thinking to myself that thing better be a VERY warm ambient. When walking out she pointed to some neglected pedicure chairs in the corner and said these are nice to sit in and get a massage and are heated. I thought that was strange because the chairs were stained and had clearly not been used in a while and you had to climb up a huge stone step like you would if you were getting a spa pedi just to use them. It was like they were trying to pass them off as something nice but really should be taken out! Next, we went into the locker rooms, now when I go to the spa, I bring a swimsuit, and a fresh change of clothes and my makeup to freshen up after. The lockers were the size of piggy banks, and I had to cram my stuff in so tight, it would barely lock and upon opening everything fell out. There are no hooks ANYWHERE, I had to put my robe on the dirty ground after getting into my swimsuit because there was no where to hang it, or a towel once you were getting dressed and undressed. Anyway, she said she would turn on the jets to the soaking pool and bring me some paperwork to sign. She never did either. I put my suit on with my now dirty gross robe, and sandals that were enormous. I couldn't wait to get in the pool and I step in and it is absolutely freezing. Like ice cold bath water. This is what she meant by ambient. Like on your website you say it is 103 degrees, this was maybe 85 degrees. I was so upset. The entire reason I came and I am now teeth chattering cold. I get out of the pool and go into the sauna to warm up. It is also turned down so low that I crank up the temp to 105 degrees and it took forever to heat up. Now I am soaked and damp, and even more uncomfortable than when I arrived. I went back to the locker room, took off my wet suit and changed into dry undergarments for my massage and thought I would try to warm up in the heated massage pedi chairs she pointed out. I sit down and push the massage and literally thought my brain was going to get shook out of my head. It just vibrates at a scale that is NOT comfortable. I just shut it off and honestly almost left at that point. Fifteen minutes after my massage was supposed to start, this massage therapist huffs around the corner and says my name. She literally has a mullet, the biggest N95 White mask on I have ever seen and NO SHOES! Like what in the actual F! One thing is for sure, if you are wanting a "stay weird" Portland spa, y'all have found it! We go into this weird doctors treatment room, nothing calming, relaxing or spa vibes at all. It's very bright in there, and I tell her I want light pressure, and I had to tell her three times to lighten it up. I HATE massage therapists that use their elbows, and whole arms, and sh** like they are digging into you. I just want something relaxing not where I am grunting for you to stop! I had also asked for the hot oil head massage. After my 60 minutes, she didn't say anything about it, didn't offer it, and honestly I was at this point thinking I am at the threshold of hell. I just wanted to get out of there. I went back to the locker room, and because they offer no bags for your wet clothes like most spas, my suit had soaked my entire bag and I left in wet soppy clothes. The one nice thing is the girl working the front desk noticed how displeased and offered to take off the $25 for the spa facilities but honestly this place is an epic joke, trying to pass off as luxury. Do not waste your time, or energy here.

It was impressive how knowledgeable they both were. Especially Emily ! We tried a few different IV's. The set up is very nice and comfortable, with big cozy chairs, and a ottoman for your feet. The process did take too long. They have pressure IV bags, to help things move along quicker. It really does seem like a great idea to get an immune boost, especially if you are traveling. It is pricey. They might have a discount for your first time. One really cool thing they mentioned to us was regarding iron infusions. Compared to the prices even with insurance, it can be thousands of dollars. Here they are much more reasonable, and you are not paying for everything else they charge you for normally. One other thing to mention. You won't have a needle stuck in your arm for the whole time. They use something that is soft and flexible, so you are free to move your arm around. It was not at all uncomfortable. We will be back.

The place is so clean and well put together, I could have stayed there for 12 hours. I'm traveling and called several other places and none of them would take me in. The beautiful nurse who looked like she can be Julianne Moore's daughter got me in and provided me with all the info I needed. When the catheter was inserted, I didn't even feel it. She kept checking up on me and made sure I was doing well. This was an excellent experience and their prices were perfect. I highly recommend this place and in my opinion they should change their name to Amazing IV. Thank you for a great experience
