my daughter and I lived here for 10 months with no problems then in February new upstairs neighbors…read moremoved in. they are nocturnal and make an incredible amount of noise. we've been complaining for over 3 months. the solution would have been to move them to a ground floor apartment. instead management suggested we move instead. so we're moving out completely. this is a nice place as long as you don't expect help with noise issues.

Almost ruined my bbq. Had my son go and look before I got home (because of low expectations that it would be trouble free.) THEN due to that excellent intuition I had to buy my own tank just to use an amenity everyone here SHOULD be able to CONFIDENTLY expect to be in a useable state. *JUNE 24 tried taking my kids to the pool. Pool was locked "for cleaning" no notification given. * JUNE 25 received an email saying "thanks for our patience on the "deep cleaning" (it's a real hard air quote on the "deepness" of the cleaning) BECAUSE the skimmer baskets were jammed up with bugs and debris. (Wish I took the picture) **I suppose though. That based on the convo I had today, JULY 9 , with the guy who proudly informed me "that HE is the only one who "knows" what to do with the chemicals.. ‍ maybe.. seems sus though. *JULY 6th received an email that the pool will be closed July 7-9.. {not too surprising based on the cloudiness of the water and fullness of the skimmer baskets. IMMEDIATELY after the "deep cleaning" mentioned above. But okay. Just after the fourth. Makes some amount of sense. Now that you're all caught up and at the present, TODAY, Thursday July 10.. I am currently sitting on the curb NOT AT THE POOL. So my kids can have some water time and try to calm down after NOT being able to use something we were supposed to be able to use. *JULY 10 almost 15 hours after the pool was supposed to open it's not. I am managing the emotions of two five-year-olds who have been excited expecting to swim. NO EMAIL saying anything changed. So thank you. thank you for ruining my daughter's day.

Units start around $700 per person, which is roughly $2,800 per unit. That is the low end and for the older, outdated units that have not been renovated or gotten appliances updated in years. Please, find another place to live. It is not worth it unless you are rich. Every manager here has been awful. You will save so much money living elsewhere. This is coming from a tenant that has an outstanding record of paying rent and utilities on time, as well as crazy, unnecessary fees.

Smoke alarm missing broken cabinets dirty carpets etc. Read the latest reviews. This placed has changed. All horrible. Management has recently changed. Not the place it was. Beware!!

There were also updated to my main level bathroom and fireplace and the hardwood floors for the main level were refinished. The Taber Residential team completed all of the work ahead of schedule and on budget. The team cleaned everyday. The guys were friendly, professional and very respectful of my home. They arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job of explaining the work they were completing and communicating the schedule. I would highly recommend the Taber team for any home improvement needs.

We had workmanship and communication issues from the beginning. They showed up with the cheapest products. Midway through the project, I felt that in order to get what I wanted, I had to give jobs to someone else, which I did. We now have cracks on the grout in the bathroom we have to get fixed. In my third year I am having to move, because of the continue increase of rent with each lease expiring. I was qualified on a fixed income and do not understand how they expect those on fixed incomes to continue to endure the rate hikes, as fixed income folks, which there are many, do not get raises, like one does when they have a job, working full time. The reasons given each time is, to get rid of those that create issues, yet they are still around. There are problems regarding maintenance not being handled in a timely fashion, There is never any communication from management, regarding happenings within. There has always been a problem with people that do not live here, using the pool, especially after hours, people are allowed to bring their dogs into the pool area, as well as, glass items. Yes the rules are posted, but never enforced. The pool was not maintained during the winter months and last year it was green and looked horrible, not a very good impression to someone that would be cruising the property for possible residence. So far this winter, it is being maintained. Trash in the natural areas is a continued problem, and never cleaned up by management, but by residents. Security lights are not installed at the dumpsters, and those are being used by non residents, along with furniture being dropped off and left out for weeks, sometimes months. All that has been mentioned are fixable, if there is a strong involved management team. I also think that the Maintenance Supervisor should be the one to get work orders and act accordingly, instead of having to be directed by management. We do have a strong maintenance supervisor, however he is not allowed to do his job, as he is trained and qualified for. There is a management change now, and I hope that it will be a positive one, so that Vista Ridge and it's Residents will be the best it can be. The property and views are awesome, it should be respected and valued for this asset. Majority of the residents are friendly and neighborly. Sadly the conversations are always about complaining. There is also a desire for resident activities, to which has never occurred, regardless of those that have stepped up and willing to create. The pool areas have a wonderful grill set up, that would be great to hold gatherings for those that reside here, getting to know your neighbors, etc. An active community contributes to the vitality and safety, an asset that is not utilized for whatever reason. I will miss living here, as I had thought it to be my forever home, but do to the increase of the rent, it is not possible. Such a shame. Thank you for your time, CB
