These have to be the best apartments I have ever lived in. I get so many compliments on my apartment. Mine was one of the first ones that was remodeled when I moved in and I fell in love as soon as I walked in. Maintain guys are super friendly and attend my repairs quickly to and I can tell they truly care that the work was done right. I like having the gas grills at the pool, the car wash, the work room and the dog park and walking. Online portal makes it easy to pay rent and learn about upcoming events. Great source of communication. All in all I give the 2 thumbs up!!

They advertise "2 months FREE rent," but that's not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you're still paying rent every month. That's a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in. They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in, but it's been over 40 days plus and counting and there's still no gift card. I've had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still. It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don't deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you're considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the "the 2 months free rent" is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!! Above and beyond provided proof of income (over a year's worth of bank statements exceeding the minimum monthly income requirement threshold for each and every month) as requested as per the income requirements document shared with me, which I've attached along with contradictory correspondence from the leasing office. No refund on $300 application fee. Just wasted time and money. Be warned - They may hold you in suspense to try and let a bidding war on certain units play out. I also question whether or not the promised incentives to rapidly stuff all the rooms were even legitimate offerings or just false advertising. I was encouraged to re-apply and pay another $300. P.S. - You can get a house for what this place charges. I am glad we did not move in here as I'm sure the problems we faced are only the tip of the iceberg.

We were given nearly four pages of detailed move-out instructions and possible fees, and at no point was a parking sticker ever mentioned as something that could be charged for or required to be retained/returned. That omission felt like either a lapse in oversight or a lack of clarity around fees. We were never informed about this charge beforehand, and it was only removed after I questioned it. For future residents, don't toss your parking sticker--because apparently it's worth charging you for later, even though it's almost certainly never reused and feels wildly overpriced for what it actually is. There was also a carpet "damage" charge at move-out. The only documentation provided was a statement noting that the carpet had been replaced approximately five years prior and was due for an upgrade, which aligns with typical apartment carpet replacement cycles and normal wear-and-tear timelines. However, no evidence was provided showing that we were actually liable for "damage" beyond normal use or what the "damage" even was. Despite requesting clarification and proof multiple times, the charge was still insisted upon, and I was told the account would be sent to collections if it was not paid. After that, communication was cut off, which felt unprofessional given that I was trying to resolve the issue in a civil and respectful manner. Overall, while living there was fine, the move-out billing process felt unclear and inconsistent, especially regarding documentation and dispute resolution. I suspect if there are any, vaulted ceilings will be top floor apartments. Regardless, the advertising gives the perception vaulted ceilings are commonplace. I feel like for this to be a new complex thing should have run smoothly. But unfortunately, the day I moved in I had a hole in the front window of my townhome, which I reported same day, which would've been December 5th, its now April 16th and the window is still broken. No follow up calls from maintenance or the leasing office. I'm calling them once a month for updates which is ridiculous. My townhome was supposedly brand new, but there was already staining on the carpet up the steps. My fuse blows every time I try to run my disposal and/or dishwasher, which is insane. My shower soap holder dish fell off the wall just randomly, which tells me that it was poorly installed or a rushed job. The whole complex just seems like it was thrown together essentially and made to look like "luxury". Don't be fooled! We pay too much for these units for stuff not to work properly. Now today , April 16th, the mandatory but horrible Internet that we have to get through Apartnet has been down for a full day! It's been frustrating to say the least, I'd save my money and look elsewhere, this place is not as new and pristine as it's painted out to be.
