The oral surgeon told me that he'd conduct surgery in a week, but I got a slot sooner. When I arrived, not only did the oral surgeon attempt the same procedure and fail because of the pain caused on that region, he tried to charge me twice as much as these guys. Meanwhile with the yanking, crushing, and poking, I now have triple the pain in the region then I did before. Never take recommendations from these people, they don't have a clue, and they won't help you. They will attempt to cast you on their friends in this 'dental cartel' to extract your wealth and leave you miserable. I remain in grave pain.

And let me tell you the search was NOT easy. I looked high and low, (I went to 4 different consultatations all over surrey) before I came across Dr. Alenabi and his staff at Morgan Heights Dental Centre. I knew immediately after I left from my consultation that I had found my dentist. Not only is he kind, he is thorough, he is patient and he is understanding. He really cares about his patients which is not something you find often. They made sure during my procedure I was comfortable(blanket included) and when he noticed Me (attempting but failing) at not crying before they gave me the IV sedation, he wiped my tears and told me that everything would be ok. Go to Dr.A and his team you will not be dissapointed!! (also thanks bo! (and the other wonderful lady!) my bf said I wrote down your guys's names after the procedure but I dont remember a thing

Do not trust Dr Lotay. He lied and did **HARM** to my body…read more I initially had my root canal removed in Austin Texas. I moved to Canada to be near my husbands family, and came to Dr Lotay for my implant. My Austin Dr was amazing and intentional. She did blood work to find what was most compatible for my body as I have auto immune disease. The results showed I am *highly* sensitive to titanium. I made certain Dr Lotay received my bloodwork report and could do zirconia. He agreed. The day after the implant was put in I was quite dizzy and felt something was 'off'. I emailed the office and asked what they put in my mouth and if it was titanium. They said it was. I was devastated. We didn't have the money to take it out!!! Five years of SICKNESS and my health tanking. Five years of debilitating, chronic inflammation that created a host of symptoms in my body. I emailed Dr Lotay a few months ago praying and hoping he would be compassionate about *his* mistake and take responsibility. I asked him to help to financially make his mistake right. All I wanted is for the titanium to come out and zirconia put in. He refused. He tried to justify that the implant is part titanium and part zirconia. Any part titanium is destructive to my health!! He did not care. He did me and my entire family harm!! We have suffered 5 years of brutal health issues and I've missed 5 years of my kids growing up and being the mom I used to be!! I had to get it taken out a week ago and a new bone graft done which was 7k. Now I have to get zirconia in a few months, which will be 10k. 17k in expenses to clean up his mistake. That doesn't include 5 years of medical treatments and over 200k in medical bills and therapies because he put titanium in my mouth when he knew I was highly sensitive to it. Dr Lotay should have his license taken away. I share this so others will be warned and find an oral surgeon with character and integrity - one that will *do no harm*.

His dental assistants are top notch and the staff at the front desk are accommodating and friendly. I would recommend these professionals any day. I also had occasion to see Dr. Hird and Dr. Duprat and they were amazing as well. Because my course of dental work extended over 6 months I often joked with Dr. Regan and team that I was not going to miss coming to see them. Now that the work is completed I feel strangely disconnected but I know they are there for me whenever I need them! Many thanks all! Dr. Regan, you are an artist....I can't stop smiling!

He saved me a lot of money and from pain and surgery. Another dentist had recommended an expensive and unnecessary surgery. Dr. John Rogers discovered that they were looking at the wrong tooth and that surgery was not necessary and did not even charge me for consultation. I trust Dr. Rogers for his honesty and professionalism. I was amazed that Dr. Rogers has even helped so many people in Northern Thailand and Papua New Guinea! Sandra his receptionist is a real sweetheart. She is also a 10. If you live in White Rock or South Surrey and need a dentist. Dr. John Rogers is the one to see.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wong's for about 20 years and have noticed a general change in patient…read morecare since becoming affiliated with 123Dentist.com. I recently contacted this office for a nightguard replacement that lasted about six months before breaking. The lab agreed to replace it using the existing scans even though it was just out of warranty, but I was not given a time estimate for the replacement. Two and a half weeks later, I contacted the office and was told it would take another week. Two days later, I was in the office for a CT scan in preparation for implant surgery and was given the nightguard that was supposed to take another week. Four days later, I received a message from the office telling me my nightguard was ready for pickup. In subsequent conversations with the office, I have been told that they did not speak to the dentist and did not know I had picked up my nightguard, that the new nightguard was actually a repair of pieces of the old one (which is impossible because I still have it and was told not to return it), and that they don't know whether I was given someone else's nightguard or whether the lab made two. In addition to the above, when the hygienist was doing the CT scan mentioned above, my hair got caught in the machine, and it was pulling so hard that it was very painful. I told the hygienist to stop the machine, and she responded that she could not - once it starts, they cannot turn it off. In my searches online since that visit, I have learned that every dental CT scanner has an emergency shutoff and is required by law for patient safety and to guard against radiation leaks. The only possible explanation is that the hygienist did not know how to operate that function on the machine. I was charged $200 for the scan and had to make two phone calls requesting a copy before being told that a CD had been burned and I could pick it up. After this office visit, I received an email and a text message asking me for my feedback, and I sent the above information in response. To date, I am still waiting for a reply. In my conversation with the office, I received explanations, including "Our corporate office looks at those once a week," "My manager has been away," and variations on that theme. Given the slow response to patient concerns and the speed at which I was asked to pay for the painful CT scan, I feel more like a paycheck than a patient.
