After spending almost one hour with me going over the damage done to my car (a 2014 Nissan Altima), I was told that most likely the insurance company would deem my car a total loss. At the same time I was promised that they would do everything they could to prevent that, and that they would "fight for me, to get my car fixed within the total value of my car, to not deem it totaled." This is done by looking for used and aftermarket parts, and not overcharging for things that do not need to be fixed. So, I felt good leaving, I felt like someone was in my corner and was going to at the least try for me. (Since I did not have GAP insurance, I would be upside down on my car loan - owing more than it's worth) I was told I would be called within one week to get the details. Fast forward... 9 days later I still had not heard anything from anyone, so I decided to call them. I was put on hold at first because they didn't know who I was, then they told me that they didn't have any updates for me, and that they would have to call me back. I received a call back about half an hour later stating that they just got off the phone with the insurance company and they were totaling my car, but feel free to stop by and collect your belongings out of it. Okay, SO.... no one called the insurance company until I called 8 days later, apparently to remind them that my car was there... This was confirmed with State Farm, that no one had contacted them from Carstar until AFTER my phone call to them 8 days later. Long story short, NO ONE fought for me, NO ONE even made a phone call, until I CALLED THEM. Fast forward again... being so upset with this, I decided to take my car out of there and get a second opinion. Two days later, at a different shop, I got a REAL ESTIMATE, that State Farm quickly approved and sent the check for repairs! The second shop was straight forward, gave me regular updates, and fixed every item that was on Carstar's estimate. I am now driving my flawless fixed car every day that CARSTAR deemed "totaled." Do your research before trusting this shop. For being an insurance claim approved body shop PLEASE do your part, THAT YOU PROMISE TO DO CARSTAR, and look for all options on parts - whether NEW/OEM, USED, or AFTERMARKET, it can mean the difference of a total loss for customers. Would not recommend this place.

My mother had two repairs done, one was insurance covered the other she paid out of pocket. She just picked her car up today and could not stop praising the staff there. I believe Chris was the manager and Lisa was the receptionist who she dealt with. She said they were extremely helpful in getting her a rental car thru her insurance and that her car looked better then new when she picked it up. I would highly recommend this shop.

It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.

On their website you can type in your car, make, and model and it will give you a price. Be sure to call in advanced for your auto window and tell them the price you had quoted online and they will honor that price. I called many auto places and they charge $350-$450 so this place was a steal. They did my window replacement in about 30 minutes too! So God forbid your car from ever getting broken into, but if it does, go to Norman's Glass for a cheap replacement. One small downside is that the place is not that nice looking aethetically and the waiting area was a little dirty but I was here for a window, not to hang out.
