(I had no experience with this company prior to my call for this service.) Sunbeam Window & Glass is in their network. First I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The technician was prompt, courteous and took pride in his job and was very detail oriented! He had put shoe covers over his boots prior to entering my house. There was a two step process. First appointment was for measurement and estimate. They require a deposit if you are happy with the estimated price. Two weeks later the second appointment was for the window install. My install took roughly 40 minutes. The technician, is the man!I wont name drop, but this company has my business from here on out! The technician,(Ok, first name only) Eric is a great representative for this company! This company also fabricates and installs other types of glass products as well. We have cameras in every room so we had it on video. For all of the inconveniences he offered to put a free patio door in which was defective and every time he told me he was coming I got an excuse. He came over with a new part and no tools. They took the screens for the door and it took over a month to get them put in. I just had somebody come out to check the caulk and was told it wasn't the right caulk and some of the 10 windows I bought weren't caulked at all so I had to pay somebody else to caulk everything which cost a few hundred dollars.

I purchased an older home in 2017 and the siding did not look bad but 6 years later I noticed lots of problems. My biggest problem was it was always so cold in my home. I had a few windows replaced and the attic insulated but that did not really help. When the windows were replaced I noticed significant deterioration underneath the siding and asked the contractor about it. He told me it happens and replaced the windows but did not reframe them. I thought about selling my house to avoid dealing with the problems. I had three different companies give me an estimate for the siding. The first was way too expensive. The second company Cherry Roofing and Siding in Cherry Hill, gave me a competitive quote but were unable to do the job. . I later found out that the company is having internal problems and they are not doing a great job for many of their clients. I was very fortunate that they never touched my house. I almost gave up, but then I decided to use the Better Business Bureau. I found American Construction. They have an A+ rating. They are also located in Cherry Hill. When I called I was able to talk to one of the owners Gregg. I told him about my negative experiences with the other companies and he promised me nothing but integrity. Gregg kept his promise, his team was incredible. As I said earlier my house is old and had lots of deterioration underneath the siding and because the siding was poorly installed there was also some water damage. I expected the final price to be more than the original quote, but it was well worth it. American Construction replaced all of the damaged plywood, gave me new insulation , framed the windows and put on James Hardie siding. Not only did they restore my house, they were quick and professional. They started on Monday and by Thursday the project was finished. Friday they came back and cleaned up, placing all of my personal items back in their original spots. Doing something this major on your house can be very stressful and inconvenient. . American Construction took all my stress away and I did not suffer any inconvenience at all.. I feel like I have a brand new house. I feel so much better about living here now that I know what is going on underneath the siding. I have peace and joy about my home because of American Construction. Our estimate was done on a raw…read moreJanuary day, the owner Steve Melchiorre and his foreman Trevor both came out to talk the job over, they gave us great ideas for our bathroom project. When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project. Trevor was waiting for a contractor to show up at our house, while he was waiting he organized my garage.... no lie!! I would recommend The Dynamic Group to anyone.
