It's disappointing. The customer service desk was supposed to be open at 1030 according to the sign. An employee stood with their back turned to the two of us standing in line at 1038 and when I asked what time they believed it would open she snapped that it wasn't open yet and walked away. That wasn't what I asked. She could have acknowledged that two people were standing there and she could have answered our question that the person was late, or that they were going to have to keep it closed for longer due to something unforeseen. It wasn't too busy inside the store but maybe it had been before I entered. Though this isn't the first time this week that I attempted to use the customer service counter and it was closed unexpectedly. Disappointing!

Located in the West Acres Mall in Fargo, Minn Dak sports tons of local business efforts. You can get some pretty classic tacky tourist stuff, like "uffda", "doncha know", "ope", or other funny Minn- Dak sayings on magnets and stickers. There's lots of college gear from UND or NDSU to sport and decorate with. But the food products are by far the spotlight here- the newly famed and ND originated Dot's pretzels are of course sold here. There's locally based chocolates, cheese, jams, honey, hot sauce, peanut butter, popcorn and so much more. You can spend a lot of time just walking around the store and seeing all there is to offer. This was the perfect place to buy my FL friend some homegrown ND stuff. The young man working was also super helpful when I asked his opinion on what to get my friend (should have gotten his name!). My client, I'm his provider, asked for some weenies so I got two packages at $3.29. His card was .28 cents short so I went for a quarter from the leave a penny and take a penny container which I always leave change in. The checker at the till told me that I couldn't take money out of there. She stated that money was for the taking at the end of the shift.
