What I'm not ok with is buying an item x 2 getting them home and the next day riddled with mold. Now what was aggravating was reaching out through their app to report the product zero response. After a week or so I tried reaching out again, I went online and everything I found was a circle of ridiculous. Finally found the ceo and sent him an email and explained what happened. Can't believe I had to annoy someone into doing their job, feigning care is straight worse than just not caring by the way. While I at least heard back the response was lackadaisical and lacking concern for this issue, imagine my complete lack of surprise there. People choose to spend their money at businesses for various reasons, I went here for quality products and even confirmed they had what I needed before driving there. While Sprouts is not my daily/weekly store I do go here a fair amount. So that response let me know they don't need my business or want my money and I'm ok with that.

Stopped in at this place because it looked inviting enough to try out. Lots of produce, lots of homemade like pickles and sauces/jams and salsa, peanuts, and peanut brittle, and some other things. Prices seemed reasonable. I don't know if all the produce was locally grown or not, but we all bought tomatoes, apricots, peaches, and a few other items, including cashews. The cashews were delicious! And I just had an apricot that was very large and tasty. Glad we stopped in.

Once you get in the back to pick strawberries you' won't feel like hardly anyone else exhausts! These are not your grocery store strawberries! They're so sweet, tasty and juicy! I did not receive either of my orders receive my order until 12:22. I am not just upset that it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 one scoop açaí bowls. I received my bowls after another customer, who ordered 4 minutes after me, was given his order which was a 2 scoop bowl of the ones I ordered. The after he was given his order, the employee told me I would have to wait a bit longer due to more açaí mix being made.....after I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. If I would've been given my bowls in the order it was taken I would not have waited longer because my order could've been completed with the mix that was given to the customer that ordered after me. Also there were three customers that ordered inside and our orders were forgotten about but the drive thru was being served for about 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes from initially ordering we were re-asked what we ordered and then they started making them. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I don't want to blame the high schoolers who were working, but this is a very poor way of doing things and maybe the owners should educate them on how to efficiently fulfill orders & not to only work on drive thru orders. I've always supported this business over several years but treating customers this poorly does create a desire to ever come back.
