I know every store has issues with items arriving spoiled or it happens while they are on the shelf it's just a fact. What I'm not ok with is buying an item x 2 getting them home and the next day riddled with mold. Now what was aggravating was reaching out through their app to report the product zero response. After a week or so I tried reaching out again, I went online and everything I found was a circle of ridiculous. Finally found the ceo and sent him an email and explained what happened. Can't believe I had to annoy someone into doing their job, feigning care is straight worse than just not caring by the way. While I at least heard back the response was lackadaisical and lacking concern for this issue, imagine my complete lack of surprise there. People choose to spend their money at businesses for various reasons, I went here for quality products and even confirmed they had what I needed before driving there. While Sprouts is not my daily/weekly store I do go here a fair amount. So that response let me know they don't need my business or want my money and I'm ok with that. read more

Pros: wide selection. Had what I was looking for. I saw these individually wrapped brie blocks that I needed. Cleanish. Cons: terrible terrible customer service. Anytime I buy meat here. It goes bad days later. I don't have that experience with any other grocery store in town. Very high prices. Their checkout system is so annoying. It takes several attempts to put my customer service phone number in. They charge $.10 each plastic bag! The only other store in town that does that is Aldi; and I don't shop there. read more

So my husband was there today, you prices are more expensive than Resor's and you now charge .10cent for a Plastic bag or carrie you groceries out without. I get better service at Resor's, much more of a verity to choose from and they don't charge for a bag for your groceries. My first time in this store.in a couple of years. No wonder it is the worst rated Sprout's in Tulsa. Only 2 cashiers on duty on a Tuesday afternoon before a winter storm. We usually go to the BA or Owasso locations which are just as great but we were excited to see the crab was on sale and they weren't sold out at this location. We had a feast and this was by far the best crab we've had in Tulsa EVER (and that's saying a lot because we like our crab). We'll definitely be back soon! read more

SPROUTS IS THEEEEE TRUTH! I've been shopping at Sprouts since I was in college (Edmond) and once I officially made a change to a plant-based diet. Sprouts makes eating healthy super affordable! The produce prices are hard to beat! Spinach/kale and other fresh veggies don't cost more than $1.50 and some sort of fruit is always .99cents a pound. And the quality is better than most grocery stores in the area! If you're a single person household.... $20 goes a longggggg way. Buying in bulk is a total money savor as well and they have so many grocery aisle options! I recommend the bulk plantain chips! They're so healthy and tasty and satisfy all your snack cravings! I recommend downloading the sprouts app so you can also get a bunch of coupons and discounts! I'll make sure I remember to take photos the next time I go in. The staff is always friendly and they won't hesitate to check in the back for anything that isn't on the shelves! Also, be sure to bring your own reusable bags and they will give you a discount. This is my favorite Sprouts location in Tulsa! They always have every flavor of Zevia, fresh fruit and veggies, and they have great sales on their meats (so good that I quit buying many items from Costco across the street). The vitamin section is always staffed with people that are ready to help at a moments notice. The facilities are always clean, that's never an issue which is important when you have an infant. This location also has an amazing salad bar, so you can build a meal while you shop with tons of options for the picky eaters out there. I'm super excited to try the healthy burritos and breakfast tacos we picked up today; we are always fishing new gems when we come here! Only one downside is the don't have their famous peanut butter maker like at other locations. read more

As I have started my venture into a healthier lifestyle my eating habits have had to shift and Sprouts has been a great help to my transition. They have all of the basic fresh fruits & vegetables I need, along with a lot of the specialty items I'm trying out for the first time to expand my pallet. I like that they have great sales on a lot of the fruit like $5 for 3 packs of strawberries & blueberries. Black beans have become a staple in my diet and they have been on sale every time I've gone. The one thing I would suggest to them is to get more workers to roam the store & help people find items. That would come in handy for newbies such as myself. read more

Terrible experience. Extremely rude cashier who refused to let me checkout without a mask on. Meanwhile, I was able to shop for 30 minutes without one on along with several other customers AND a couple employees who had their mask down. I went to pay and she refused to let me checkout. I explained I am 8 months pregnant and it makes me terribly nauseous to wear one. Of course, she didn't care. 2 other MALE customers WITHOUT masks on were able to checkout/pay RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES without any issues. I pointed that out to her and she BRUSHED IT OFF. I love their produce selection - it is the best in town! great prices, great produce, great selection! the organization of the store is very helpful although each store is a little different so don't be afraid to ask for help in finding an item - the employees are super friendly! I love their store flyer dales - Wed thru Wed, so the deals overlap on Weds and sometimes the previous week saves you a little more than the new produce price the next week. They have one of the largest selections of Talenti Gelato and Sorbet - soo yummy!! I usually go for their strawberries, blackberries and raspberries - sometimes they are on sale for 2/$5 or even 2/$4 - so keep an eye out!! I also love their spinach salad pricing - way cheaper than even walmart!! One last thing, if you're needing swiss cheese for your favorite dish (mine is quiche) buy it there in blocks and shred it yourself, splurge and get the better quality swiss cheese - it definitely makes a difference! read more

I was incredibly impressed with this Sprouts. The location here in Las Vegas is a joke compared to this one - it's nicer than any Whole Foods I've been to in terms of store layout and selection of bulk items. Even though this place was 22 miles each way from where I was staying on my business trip, I made a point to visit a handful of times on recommendation of my dad. This place is extremely nice. They have a wide variety of bulk items, such as chocolate covered honey comb, which has the consistency of freeze dried ice cream. They sell a wide variety of coconut products in both the bulk and baking sections. The bakery is great - I had two of their premade sandwiches to go and they were surprisingly good for $4! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their meat and bulk spices are incredibly overpriced whereas all other items seem to be a better deal than Whole Foods. read more

Do you believe in love at first site? I do. Not only did I feel that way when I met my sweet husband, but also when I first walked into Sprouts. A charming and spacious atmosphere creates a kind of community. Food is fresh and well organized which makes it easy to accidentally say "Mmm" out loud when browsing the bountiful and beautiful looking produce. The staff is lovely and pleasant. When I was checking out, I felt like I met a new friend! The prices.... let's go awesome! I don't know if this is the norm for sprouts but this particular one is insanely helpful (anytime I looked slightly lost/confused) an employee asked me if I needed help. I even had a guy in produce ,an awesome grey haired gentleman from Alaska (sorry! Didn't get his name!) who helped us decide on which apples to get by giving us fresh slices from the honey crisp apples(which fyi were delicious and crazy massive). But then everyone here was awesome, from the lady handing out samples, to the stockers who pointed out where the cinnamon was, to our checkout guy. So, seriously nice people! I really enjoy shopping at Sprouts. The staff is courteous and they offer a large selection of produce. The Sprouts brand almond milk is our favorite. I've noticed that the produce selection is sparse in the mornings so I would recommend waiting to shop until the afternoon so they have time to restock. At first I was so excited that there was a sprouts by us. After many shopping trips here I was pretty upset with the quality. Items I had gotten home were expired and the fruits and vegetables didn't last more than two or three days. I did call and spoke with the manager to explain my concerns. I had to step back from going here for a while and finally returned about eight months ago. I have been very happy with their selection now, produce and fruits have been lasting a lot longer then prior experiences. The staff has been extremely helpful with helping me find items I need or getting more stock out of the back if a shelf is empty. Some weeks they have some of the best deals on baby food 10 for 10! I go here for all my supplements and if I can't find something someone is always there to help me. I still notice that they have items that are either expired or going to expire within days on the shelf. I learned my lesson in the past, and look at the labels prior to buying, but they need to be more on the ball on removing these items off the shelves. This is my only reason why I did not give them five stars. I am so glad I waited to leave a review as my prior review would've been way worse! I'm so happy that the manager took into account my concerns and ran with them! Kudos to you guys keep up the good work and you will have a long-term customer! read more
