Also why don't any of the vehicles I've seen have front license plates? Are they trying to avoid identification by red light cameras? I truly feel for people unable to drive themselves to the doctor. But we've all seen what happens on California highways with those unmaintained buses that the CHP doesn't have the manpower to inspect. And a shoestring budget doesn't inspire confidence.

On our return ride will call, they first wanted to make us wait 3 hours for a pick up. Then I got them to agree to 25 minutes, still long considering Lyft comes in under 5 minutes. Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.
