My family and I are so grateful we found this company! My father-in-law moved out to the Temecula area and is still needing to travel to the VA Long Beach every few weeks for care. When I originally started looking for transport options, they were very few! And if they did offer the transport, the cost was astronomical. I got a quote from this company and after speaking with the owner and explaining our case, he was willing to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. I was so incredibly grateful! That was great, but the service they provide exceeded even that. They were well on time to pick up my father-in-law, treated him well, transported him without a flaw, and even waited in the ER with him until family could arrive to accompany him. I made arrangements for 2 wheelchair transports for an important occasion. I was then called at least 4 times to confirm arrangements. There seemed to be a language problem. I was quoted a reasonable price . On the day of the event I was called and the price was raised by almost $300. I was amazed that a company would do that knowing it was to late for us to make other arrangements. I'm was very disappointed in this companies customer service . My mom had spent the last months of her life in and out of the hospital, eager to come home each time so that we could spend more time together. Each time she was discharged, it would be a lengthy process for the hospital social workers to book her transpiration home. Making her comfortable was very important to me. I felt helpless, as my mom was prone anxiety and had difficulty sleeping in the hospital. I called Oasis Transport and Jayce took it from there. Jayce made sure to ask all of the right questions in preparation to make my mom feel comfortable on her ride home: her required assistance levels, how much oxygen she used, if she had any particular areas of pain. He and Iarish updated me regularly with their ETA, making it easy for me to coordinate with my mom's nurses and doctors while I prepared for her arrival at home. As a daughter and caregiver, it was difficult to entrust my mom with just anyone. I just spent five hours stranded at the doctors office after my wheelchair carrier broke while unloading my wheelchair. We called several different transportation companies to pick me up and they all were too busy or promised to call back and then never did. Two others said they were coming to get me and didn't show up when they promised. After calling them back they kept making excuses telling me to wait longer. We gave up and called Oasis Transport and Irish who is the owner immediately told us he could get me picked up. Irish said he would call us back and he did as he promised. Irish called several times to update us where the driver was at and even after the driver was delayed at Loma Linda Murrieta emergency room dropping off the prior patient Irish showed up himself to pick me up on time as he promised. The transport van was very clean and in great condition. The van has great suspension and the ride didn't beat me up. Irish was very professional and polite and held great conversation the whole ride home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing wheelchair or medical transportation. They are very kind and super responsive on the phone. They care about the the issue with your loved one and ask about what is going on - it is not just a ride service. They acted as a liaison with the hospital to make sure they would take him during this crazy covid time (peak covid - Jan 2021). They are careful and gentle. They remember who we are .
