My kids have went to aldrich since she first started practicing hereo off 10th and was at her old building prior to her getting the building she is at now. Jill was always amazing with my kids Dr. Donny was great with my kids but Dr. Nadia not so much. My daughter who goes in for her every 6 month cleaning stated she found 7 cavities on my child and that she needed 7 crowns . I questions the treatment option asked if there was other option available for my daughter as these are baby teeth! Dr. Nadia stated no and I asked if I had any option in my daughters treatment And I was told no! Needless to say my daughter never went back . I found a new dentist and come to find out my daughter only needs 1 single crown NOT SEVEN! and the others that "needed crowns" can be filled and or stain put on to stop cavity since the teeth will be falling out within months. Aldrich has become very much "money hungry" I've spoke to many doctors that's I know and they stated the same thing! Please if you feel the treatment is a bit excessive for your child always get a second opinion read more

Dr Aldrich is great! So attentive, fun, and thorough. My son is 2 and he kept completely still while she had her fingers in his mouth while she recited "wocket in my pocket" to distract him. Her facility is new and fresh with fun things to keep the kids entertained while they wait... and make them stay after their appointment! Ha! She makes it a mission to make kids enjoy the dentist, not fear it like most adults! Definitely recommend! read more

Incredibly impressed with our first visit - well worth the drive for us. The staff is patient and worked with our kids, taking the time to explain what was happening and let them see and handle the tools they were about to use. The chairs are set up more like little beds for them, so it really put our older son at ease since it was just a nice comfy place to lay, not a "dentist chair." (This does appear to change as they get older - so your experience could be a little different.) The best thing is that they really worked with both of our kids and were so patient - to the point that when our oldest was too scared for x-rays, they didn't push it and just said we could try again next time. The waiting room is also a big highlight - there's a separate room with a basketball goal and a big Lite Brite wall to keep the kids entertained until it's their time to go back. Really happy this place was recommended to us and look forward to our next visit. And my kids might even say that too - which is a BIG win. read more

Wow...I have never had a person (Rhonda) talked to me about a refund the way that they did at this office. We were referred to this office from our regular dentist because our 2.5 year old daughter was having difficulty completing her treatment. We made the initial appointment, but when we got there, they were unable to do x-rays, so they were looking at ones that were 2+ months old. When my wife left, they had her put a deposit down for an appointment of $250. She is not a native speaker and was holding a crying 2-year-old and signed and paid. Rhonda kept telling my wife that they have a "language barrier" and that it is difficult to communicate. After we got the proposed bill back, 3 days later, we realized that it was out of our budget, and even included treatment for that had already been done at our regular dentists. We cancelled the appointment with the anesthesiologist, in the same office, but I guess that didn't communicate that with them. When we called about our refund, she said that the paper said it was nonrefundable and that they "held" our appointment for days. I asked how was our appointment "held" if we never made an appointment. She didn't have an answer. I then said that since we never made an appointment and agreed to pay them for services, and I would like a refund. She then said that it says on the paper no refunds. I reminded her that my wife was not a native speaker and was not verbally informed about this. Her reply was "can she read?" I just don't understand how they could take a partial payment, not have a proposed treatment amount at that time, and keep on insisting that they will give no refunds. How is a consumer supposed to make an informed purchase if they "need" to pay a deposit before the price is known, and even based on old x-rays that did not reflect the current status of all the treatments. They did such a good job with my three year old. They were very patient and they never once seemed annoyed or made me feel rushed out. My daughter is a very Curious child and they never once were frustrated with her wanting to touch and grab everything and see how it works for herself. They had lots of "prizes" to distract her as well which also helped. In the waiting room they have a "basketball court" for the kids to run around and play before. Updating our superb service from this office! They have moved to their new location and it's even more kid friendly, if that was possible. The waiting room is so much fun with Nemo and Dory on the walls and a huge life size light bright peg board. My very LOUD 2 & 3 year old had a blast just waiting which we all know makes life much easier. So upset by the way I was treated and talked to on the phone. there has been a big miscommunication/misunderstanding with my bill and instead of being the kind and compassionate dentist everyone says she is, she told her receptionist to tell me off, that they would no longer help or communicate with me in any way and demand a $500 payment in full. I have never had a medical professional/receptionist treat me so badly. I got off the phone in complete tears. It's so disheartening when you spent 9 months making sure this would be a simple procedure for your infant (and 2 of my other children had the same procedure) to turn around and have them treat you like dirt when you were only trying to do the right thing and fix the issue. Will never go here again or recommend to others unless you always have $500 on hand in case you have an insurance mixup because they don't care, it's all about the money in the end not about the kids. read more

Woo hoo!!!! The awesome dentist is back and now she owns this office, so I know she's not going anywhere!!!! I am doing a super happy dance because Dr. Aldrich is amazingly awesome with kids and fantastic with parents and communication. I miss Dr Thompson. We were patients of his for 3 years prior to His retirement and he was the absolute best. We have had nothing but issues with Dr Aldrich since she took over. Bad communication with us, including one instance where nothing was discussed about a treatment plan except minor things until we got to the front desk and were caught off guard with 6 procedures that weren't brought up. When I tried calling for info, which she told my husband I could do, never got a call back after 2 weeks of messages left. When trying to get a second opinion, my dentist couldn't get a hold of her nor would she call back for over two weeks. Very sad and disappointed with the change. read more

Same story as Steph D! Absolutely horrible experience. My son was terrified of having a tooth pulled and cavity filled. "Nurse" was clearly put out by his anxiety and within 15 seconds said that we would need to reschedule with a different dentist because "Dr. Thompson doesn't deal with upset kids". He was fine until I wasn't able to show him where he was going and safe. Very rude, unhelpful staff all around. Cannot believe this is a pediatric dentist office. It is because of places /people like this that kids have fears of going to a dentist. I would never recommend taking your children to this office! read more

I've taken my kids to Dr. Bozic for nearly a decade. He knows his stuff and is very pleasant and down to earth. One of my kids used to be very anxious about going to the dentist. But he's gotten over it. I think the indoor basketball court helped with that. read more

Terrible costumer service. They schedule you an apointment 6 months in advance. I never got the message or confirmed the appointment. I found out by ridiculous bill! To busy parents that don't rember appoints set up 6 month in advance- warning! This place is all about money. I should not get charge for a missed apointment when I didn't even confirmed! I gave them several chances, but I will never take my kids back. Dr. Bozic was rude and judgemental. I would have appreciated and responded to suggestions or advice, but all I received was an abrupt answer of "kiss their teeth goodbye". As a parent, I do the best I can and I felt my parenting skills were harshly judged. Rhonda provides grossly inaccurate estimates with no regard or apology. Her estimate was almost $200 under what the insurance has estimated and when I asked for an explanation, she simply brushed me off, claiming that she'd told me it might be way off. She actually told me it should be fairly close, and when I tried to remind her of that, she said she would never have told me that and I was free to cancel the procedure if I wanted. This was the second time her estimate was significantly incorrect. Don't provide an estimate to patients if you cannot do it accurately. If they are treating an adult poorly and rudely, I don't trust them to treat my children any differently. I have cancelled all future appointments and we will find a new dentist that actually cares about patients and their families. read more
