In California Rowing a Gondola my picture and a full page article appeared in AAA Travel magazine…read more Millions of people get that and thumb through it looking at pictures. I came to AAA and brought my proud mother with me. But yesterday May 22 2023 AAAdroped my mom for 1 ( in 3 years ) broken tail light. They also raised my premium without warning me because after 2 months they dug up an inquiry I had when someone opened their door and dinged my door, but did not file a claim. AAA found a way to charge me for that. The HQ is in Cali #woke

So this is the second time I have received AMAZING service at this AAA…read more First time, I stopped by to get some local maps. The super nice receptionist was very helpful and friendly and I got exactly what I needed. Most recently, we'd just relocated to Lee's Summit and our CA auto insurance literally expired the same day. (Yikes!) I remembered the AAA I had visited a few months prior and we beelined there. Agent Scott Dillenschneider went above and beyond to get us covered. He stayed late and did not rush us out the door even though we didn't have an appointment and the office was closing shortly. He was friendly, professional and thorough, qualities I always appreciate. Scott went over the coverage, patiently explained certain differences between California and Missouri insurance after asking pertinent questions which determine one's rate. He even followed up with a phone call the next day to explain the process of getting our MO drivers licenses: that before we go to the DMV -yes- he gave me directions to the closest one! - that the vehicles need to be inspected, etc. All valuable time-saving advice which is why I absolutely recommend Scott. He made our transition easier, and in fact, won our future business; we are getting our home insurance through him too.

We had our first child in 2009, which means we also bought our first home in 2009. We got hooked up…read morewith Steve through our mortgage guy and he beat the rate USAA offered us for homeowners insurance. Year after year, Country's rates beat out USAAs. Here's our experience so far: 2009: First kid, first mortgage (starter home). USAA reps were shocked they lost our business to the little guys I.e. Country Financial. (So were we tbh). We pulled our USAA auto policy and moved it to Country. Add auto to the homeowner's policy = WAY better discount. Ps. WAAAAAAYYY better coverage for auto. Higher coverages on both home and auto AND lower premiums than what USAA offered. 2009-2013: Still living in our starter home. Add 2 more kids. Mortality starts looming as you approach your thirties, apparently, because our parents started hassling us about whether or not we had invested in life insurance yet. It sounded like a wise choice, admittedly. But to be completely honest our life position was not that where my husband and I could jog on out to Steve's office from Raymore to Independence for a quick run down of how life insurance even worked, etc. Steve didn't even blink. He was like "Look. I get it. I have little kids too. Same age as yours. My wife and I are right there with you. Would it be easier if I came to you?" That's service friends. Have you guys had your insurance agent in your living room? Probably not. Anyways it's 2014: We were bursting at the seems. New home. Same agent. Fast forward. It's 2020 and we're on lock down due to COVID. And Wham! We had 90 mph straight line winds people (Which I've been referring to as the cass county land hurricane btw). There was damage. If you ever find yourself in this situation, you'll catch yourselves telling your kids- "It's okay. This is why we have insurance. At least we're safe." The first person my husband called was Steve. Country Financial took care of us. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Sadly, my neighbor to the north who sustained damage just as bad or maybe even worse than we did, got hassled by his insurance company. He's paying out of pocket for a lot more than seems fair IMO. All in all, our rates with Country are still competitive. Country's coverages and rates continue to beat their competitors- even USAA's who calls us EVERY.SINGLE.YEAR. We plan on continuing our relationship with Country Financial and Steve Pirch. Zero regrets.

Steve is a great insurance agent! Available to answer your questions! Easy to talk to to figure out…read morethe best insurance for you. Really makes you feel like a priority!
