I was told it was long term damage and would not be covered. We have not lived in the home for a year and was not in the inspection report. I also had been paying insurance on a home I didn't own. It was never made right and could not get them to return my calls about it. My mother had claimed her roof for hail damage and was told it was defective shingles. At the end of the day you will pay for insurance but will not have it . I would stay way from this agency. I am writing this because there are to many hard working good people left in this world to be taken advantage of.
