do not do business with this agency. initially we were very pleased with josh. he was personable,…read morehelpful, and knowledgeable. we were appreciative and believed state farm would be our long term insurance carrier. then we were apparently handed off to other employee representatives. since then it has been a nightmare...our rates more than doubled. we seldom get the same employee representative. nobody seems to know whats going on. they claim rates went up nation wide due to new mandates and that applied to all insurers. they also claimed that rates will go down soon. as the act may be repealed. now they claim that our june payment was not made. it is an automatic withdrawal and we have screen shots proving that it was. now most businesses would ask you to send that screenshot, and upon receipt, investigate, and respond with the results. when there is independent proof i would assume they would take responsibility and apologize. a mea culpa, i'm sorry, we made a mistake. we will rescind our penalty fees and again we are sorry. we will address this immediately. nope, we get "there's nothing we can do". your june payment was late and we took out june, july, and august payments. the agency accepted the individual monthly payments, then they doubled down and took it again. i don't know if it's a competency issue, lack of communication, or training. i don't care what the excuse is, we deserve an apology and to be made whole by immediately returning the dual payments. no more no less, apology, reimbursement, and respect. john r. graham susan k. graham

She pointed fingers at everyone to resolve my issue but herself! What a ignorant individual! This company took over the SECU in Saginaw that I did business with for a couple of decades. I miss SECU because they had experienced people who knew what to do and get any situation I had resolved promptly. Instead, I got people/person who are inexperienced and liars! I'm so glad I withdrew my funds and joined another credit Union (WILDFIRE) who would not consistently lie to me. My banker at Wildfire is great and assisted me through my monetary and account needs. I recommend you all remove your funds if at CPCU if you're mistreated and go to Wildfire because your funds will grow with interest and have people who know what they're doing. At CPCU I had to get another debit card that didn't work and the young lady at the Saginaw branch tried everything she could to get it to work but failed. She tried calling folks and they didn't have a clue on how to make the card work! How embarrassing! Nevertheless, I gave this JW every opportunity to rectify my account situation and got tired of her spin and lies! Good luck everyone!
