Roger did a major remodel for us both indoors and outdoors…read more The job included a down to the studs remodel of our kitchen with new custom cabinets, stone countertops and appliances. A down to the studs remodel of our primary bath was done as well with an expanded shower and custom tile work, new vanity, toilet, sinks and faucets. Also relocated the wc. A new vanity, sink and faucets were installed in another bathroom. All windows and sliders in the home were replaced, and one slider was relocated to improve ingress and egress. Roger also replaced all the interior doors with solid wood rather than the original hollow core doors. Upgraded lights were installed throughout the house, and three old plastic skylights were replaced with energy efficient and beautiful glass skylights. Last but not least, new flooring was installed throughout the home. Outside a large, old cracked and shifting patio along with a nearly 50 year old patio cover were demolished and replaced. Roger worked with us to design a new patio, patio cover, built-in BBQ and exterior countertops. New exterior lighting was also installed, and appropriate drainage was put in place to keep water away from the foundation. Although not visible in the final product, significant upgrades were made to the gas line serving the pool and BBQ, and to the electrical system serving both new appliances and our outdoor sauna. Final touches included a beautiful new cedar door on the sauna and a new front dutch door. Throughout the project, Roger's crew was on time, polite, cleaned up daily and responded quickly to requested modifications to the plans. The work was on time and on budget. Not only would we hire him again for the job, we're looking forward to having him start phase 2 which will include restoration of our pool, jacuzzi and deck.

Cleaning the cleaning team on Yelp and google due to their excellent comments and we decided to go with them. alber was very receptive and very clear about the services they provide, as well as prices, etc. He managed to send his team the next day for an alleged "deep clean" of 5 hours. Alber and Diana came with their cleaning supplies the next day and those 2 must be the cutest cleaning gentleman / lady I've ever met! They also did a fantastic job cleaning my 4000 square foot house in just 3 hours! So I ended up paying less than what I was initially quoted, which is amazing and I am very satisfied with your work. He said that it could be more depending on how soiled the rugs were. He increased the price to a total of $500 and did a mediocre job at best. He never gave us a receipt listing the items or extras that he was charging for. In addition, he included a smaller carpet in the final price and left without cleaning it. We had to call him the next day to get that one done. The rugs are not evenly clean. He took advantage and scammed us. The first picture shows the dirty fringe after he cleaned. The second picture shows another side of the rug where we don't walk on, so that's how it should look if cleaned.
