They were hired to do outside windows and screens so Mike needed to come inside to get the screens out. He always wore his socks in our carpeted house so we didn't anticipate any issues. By they time they were done, there were footprints from the front door, up the stairs and to a window and two balconies. We thought it was water and that it would dry but it was dirt. Our carpets were clean before he came (which we pointed out but he said he didn't notice) and relatively new. We were planning for a party the next day so the house was spotless. When I pointed this out to Mike he refused to accept that he did this, suggesting the carpets were already dirty with footprints to the windows! I suggested his socks weren't clean. There were also drip marks (from the screens???) that he refused to accept. He insulted us by suggesting we didn't want to pay. We "settled" with taking out the amount for a carpet cleaner but he was rude about it. Now I have to schedule a cleaning but it won't be in time for our party which is the next day. My husband and I spent over an hour on our hands and knees trying to get the marks off so they don't set. So far hasn't made much difference. I have used this service before and was very satisfied. Mike now sends a crew that certainly does not share his work ethic. This time there were windows that were missed and dirt that still remained. The price also increased by 50% and were here a total of 40 minutes from start to finish. I will not use the service again, nor will I recommend it again. read more

If I could give minus stars I would. Last year we used this company and had no issues. Michael Hunter now has people who work for him and he sends them to do the windows. When I sent pics and complained he came to my house in person with his employee and did not apologize but proceeded to make justifications. He said the drops would dry clear... nope they didn't not. What about the dirt? All of the photos are after they were "cleaned" and the employees left. Many more water marks are present. read more

Paid 200. 00 for them to clean my windows . Spent only a hour, they stated they we all done. So I went around to look at the job they did, and they missed 8 windows. So I called Michael Hunter and he said he would come back ? No show after waiting for them called them about 20 times and nothing . I got Michael's number from a neighbor who used Window Masters for many years. Scheduling an appt was quick, easy, & Michael was on time. The window quote was very fair so I went ahead & made an appt. I scheduled a cleaning bc my house is for sale & I wanted the windows super clean. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner to enjoy clean windows year round. The two guys who came to clean were fast & efficient. One guy cleaned the outside of the windows while the other guy removed screens & washed those & the inside of the windows. The window cleaning process was super clean & didn't leave a mess at all. I saw Window Masters at work at my next door neighbors home, and I was impressed with their methods, so I asked her for their number. Two weeks later, it was my turn to receive their professional window cleaning services. They did a good job, and were very fast. Mike came along with 2 other men to do the job - some of my windows are very high and it's impossible for me to reach them, but I'm told that window masters does the highest windows all day long. They know what they're doing. The job only took 50 minutes to wash all my windows, upstairs and downstairs. I was delighted with how clean my windows looked! They also cleaned 3 of my very large sized bathroom mirrors, (extra charge) and they are sparkling clean like I've never seen! AMAZING! There was a slight problem with some of the windows downstairs, and I called Mike to let him know. He came back the next day to fix the situation, and my windows have never looked cleaner! Have used the service for several years with no issues. In the last service a window was so aggressively blasted with the equipment it fogged up the layers between the windows. When I talked to MIchael Hunter, the owner, he became defensive and said it was the window and not his process or his employees. The window would have never become so fogged in normal rain. read more

I have used this company multiple times and they do an Ok job but the scheduling and professionalism are disappointing. I made an appointment about 3 weeks ago for 4pm today. Around 2:30 they called saying they would be an hour late. No big deal but we had plans tonight so that wouldn't work. I called Mike and left him a voicemail at 2:45 and sent a follow up text asking if he would be available the following week. He didn't call back or return the text. He called at 5 saying he couldn't get in the front gate. When I called him back he was so rude saying "I already sent my guys home and I'm booked over 2 weeks out". So apparently Mike is so busy he isn't concerned about customer service and retaining his current clients. Receiving attitude because your company was an hour late and couldn't reschedule for the follow week is absurd. That is plain terrible customer service. read more
