I then stated i noticed a lot of window with are smeared and have water spots - can you go around and do a Quality Control on all windows and i'll do the same. He said sure . One window has a calcium run from stucco it was pretty obvious he did not try to clean off - did not understand that - Keep in mind this house is 2 years old After my walk around i notice several scratches on different windows. Mentioned this - he said they don't use anything that could cause scratches on my LOW-E glass film . I understand his point and would not expect him to use anything that would cause scratches. But somehow they are there and weren't before he came . Frustration is definitely happening. Anyways , needless to say time to find another person . Peak Production Energy was the first to respond and among the most competitive for cleaning our 21 solar panels. They had great availability and were easy to schedule with. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They noticed that we had two skylights next to our panels that were pretty dirty. Free of charged they cleaned those for us too! Very kind and knowledgeable group of guys. Left our panels and skylights spotless (pics attached). There were tons of spider webs under our panels which you could see from the ground. Our roof is now web-free! They also sprayed the ground off around where run off may have occurred so we didn't have any debris on the pavement.
