Our home has several windows and glass around our patio. We never had our windows professionally cleaned, never particularly considered it until our neighbors had it done with Skyview, as I thought they purchased new windows. After an overview and recommendation from our neighbor we decided to call for a quote and to our surprise the price was reasonable. The view outside looking from the inside, is similar to purchasing a new pair of glasses. Everything is much brighter and vibrant outside. Most of all, we very much appreciated the professionalism from Jeff and Mark. They were polite, friendly, and efficient. No mess in our home qwhatsoever. Jeff explained in details about the cleaning of the actual windows outside. "Reverse osmosis" left a clear and clean window outer, and squeegee inner. It's quite a process and you will see the value once demonstrated the equipment versus simple squeegee. read more

Jeff and his helper washed the windows on my house. They used the ladders to climb on the roof to wash the upper level. While on the roof, he was on the phone arguing with someone and shouting to them that he cannot talk because "I am on the roof!". After they were done, I noticed two tiles split open, with two chunks separated from their respective tiles. This was not there before. It wasn't a small crack, but rather tiles shattered. Since it is right outside the window, it is noticeable. I called Jeff to ask if they would take care of the damage that I asserted they have done, however, he flat out declined that he was on the roof and said he wouldn't do anything. I think that's not ok. First of all, to claim they weren't on the roof, when we saw them, and secondly, since they climb the roofs, they should offer a customer, like many other contractors do, to buy an insurance, usually around $30, for any broken tiles. Or, even better, they could use the proper extension pole, so they don't need to walk to roof. Overall, Jeff has been a great disappointment. I do not recommend him or his company. read more
