But Tiffany was pleasant and helpful and VERY well-informed about the process and how things work. She also gave me the option of getting my item elsewhere and bringing it into the store, but that wasn't going to be convenient for me in this case...but it was a good idea and I applaud Tiffany for her customer service.

Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. Hesitant, I drove over to the store and told Noah about my plans, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I decided on a ring design and handed over my mother's wedding ring and my gfs grandmother's engagement ring. Noah listened to what I wanted and he designed a perfect ring for my soon to be fiance. After the first rendering, we agreed that it was perfect. She said yes of course but I got the wrong size, slightly to big. Noah offered to remake the ring free of charge and even added more diamonds!!! The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and to top it off, my fiance is just absolutely in love with it I highly recommend this jeweler establishment and Noah the gold smith.
