I expressed my concern and Jerrod offered to jump into the crawl space himself. He found hairline fractures in the foundation and traced them above ground to figure out the source and recommended a mitigation tactic which he then implemented by himself. UM.. Who does that?! While touring the property, he said the electrical is "grandfathered in" but failed to mention the electrical panel has no replacement parts, even with "professional" electricians on site and any upgrade will require a whole home rewire. This is a very common issue with older homes. Rather than make the repairs or disclose information, he simply took the home off of the FHA option, raised the price by $15k and the sellers have not had the time needed to make the repairs. There should be evidence of sewer repairs in the yard. He wanted to "shake on it" rather than put it writing. Buyers be ware. I worked as a Sales and Customer Service manager at a plumbing and electrical contractor/wholesaler and was wondering when one of the three "professionals" would disclose this. None of them did. Mr. Snare stayed the sewer issue was on the line, not really sure, where the tree roots hit the lines in the sewer. We used the inspection report provided by Mr. Snare himself, where there is a link to view the sewer lines with a camera. The inspector clearly stated they are on the owners side. Mr. Snare was not honest with this information. Buyer beware.
