Honestly, they're the first ones to get my hair to look exactly like my inspiration pic or close enough where I walk out feeling like this is exactly what I wanted. (Color) I have shown other stylist a picture, & it never seems to come out like my inspo Pic or close enough. They did a phenomenal job. It does take a couple of hours, so make sure you take the day off. And don't plan anything else the day of your appointment lol but even after all the bleaching, my hair still felt/ looked healthy days after washing it. They are super friendly and kind. You can tell that this is more than a job for her. She pours her heart into her work and it shows. I am a very particular person and she is patient enough with me to cut every strand in my bangs the way I want.
