The scalp massage while being shampooed was ahhh-mazing. I felt so much tension come away from me as the stylist massaged my tired head. She was gentle with my fragile, thin, hair, and took just enough off of the ragged ends to give it a fuller, healthier look. She blow dried the fine strand with a diffuser, and my hair felt softer than satin after she was done. I look forward to returning for my next trim. Highly recommend.

My sister came here after having a good experience last year but she doesn't write reviews. She set up an with Gina on Monday and was there for 2 hours. She had her hair washed, cut and dried. She specifically went in with the intention to get a layered cut and a small area shaved on the back of her neck. She showed her pictures of what she wanted and While Gina was pleasant enough this is not what she got. Her hair has no layers and the area shaved was crooked. After paying $36 and then basically being forced to leave a tip she went home. She called the owner Laura to fix it but experienced further difficulties. From the min that she walked in to the min she left all she experienced was hostility. Laura wasted no time bashing her employee Gina and was rude throughout the entire session. She asked my sister 3 times before she started it she was sure she wanted a haircut. She made no pleasant conversation. She was constantly rolling her eyes and was very hostile. She continuously complained about her other coworker and she had the audacity to say that the shaved area wasn't that crooked and she didn't understand the big deal. The worst part is she was friendly with everyone else except her. Honestly if you're not happy with an employee fire them. If you disagree with the customer have the respect and sensitivity to keep the opinions to yourself. And if you can't keep your behavior pleasant while dealing with customers you shouldn't be in a position where they exist.
