When I asked why she was prescribing certain medication and not another she actually said "I'm the doctor here." That is never an acceptable rational for prescribing a medication. It's the patient's right to understand treatment, and it's the doctor's duty to explain. She was dismissive of the severity my symptoms and my concerns. Even worse than her attitude was the fact that I was misdiagnosed. She diagnosed an upper respiratory issue when it was actually a dermatologic issue. I later went to a doctor in person and my issue absolutely required an anti-biotic that she refused to prescribe and didn't provide any sort of rational beyond "I'm the doctor here" and "you don't need it."

They refused a telehealth visit and then when I called 3 times to ask the doctor to speak to me, I received no call back, no message, no care. He had to scramble and find a new doctor so he could get his medication. Sadly, no follow through and a collapse of the medical system and therefore, our whole family is no longer going there.
