I was simply told "Sorry we can't do that" and not offered any alternatives. I found out what I needed from the 800 number via customer service. Why do we even need branches anymore???? It was on the top of the lawyers document and all throughout, but not under the signature line. So that held things up for weeks. All in all it took over a year to resolve every little issue for 10k.
