This company has one of their alarm systems installed in my 94-year-old mother-in-law's home and she kept having problems with the alarm / telephone / cable system working every time she had a cable issue. We called the cable company several times to have them come out and rectify the issue with no favorable results and was told by same we would need to have an electrician run wires from the cable / wifi router up through the attic and back down to the phone plate located in the kitchen which we did only to have this work for a short time. Again, the telephone and alarm system stopped working with a notice on the telephone to check the connection. We called Alert Alarm at this time to see if they could help resolve the issue and they sent their technician, Zach Williamson, out to take a look at the problem. In little to no time, he pinpointed the problem being the line that was run up through the attic had come disconnected somehow and had it resolved in a short time. Needless to say, this little old lady was so excited to have her telephone operating again from the kitchen area.
