Where they dug access to under the house in our back yard.

We live in an Eastwood Estates home built in 1963 which still had the old cast iron plumbing pipes under our pier-and-beam foundation. After years of having to have clogs cleared deep under the house that caused the kitchen end of the house to back up we finally agreed to have Casa View Plumbing send a camera down the line where they found deteriorating and sagging pipes. This launched the expensive but necessary replacement of all of our cast iron pipes with new PVC pipes and was a job that took about 3 days with multiple crews doing the different stages of work. They mostly worked from outside our home via a deep hole they dug to have access to get under the house. At all times from start to finish the plumbers and workers were very friendly and courteous and respectful of our home and our personal space. Although the job was expensive, the work they did seemed worth every penny! We have used Casa View over the years and are very pleased to be one of their customers. They are quick to respond to issues and even when they are fully booked they still try to find a way to get us worked in as soon as possible. It gives me great peace of mind to know we have a professional and reliable plumbing company to call whenever we have need of a plumber. I highly recommend Casa View Plumbing!

The leak was behind this pedestal sink.

I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. Jason and his wonderful team did exactly that.

When it came time to do the work I guess I must have misunderstood bc they denied saying it. The two things pointed out were both to resolve when new cartridges were installed. That did resolve one problem but not the other. When it came time to pay they included a $200+ charge for diagnosing the hot water valve on an upstairs tub. When I pointed out they had misdiagnosed it they withdrew the charge. Further I asked the professional plumber what did he think needed to be done. When he told me he would need to break through the tile that the tub sat in to figure it out I drew the line, called the builder who gave us the contact for the plumbers who did the work at original build 5 years ago. They immediately sent out their plumber who diagnosed it on the spot as a valve behind a little door no tile needed breaking, that protects young children from getting scalded. They ordered the part, came back and installed two new massage shower heads checked every bit of plumbing and two hours later charged me $400 parts and labor. $125for the valve and labor total $400 and cleared every sink, all faucets one of which btw the initial plumber said needed replacement, made the entire house feel like all the plumbing was brand new. Do I recommend these guys at Anchot? Would you? Solid one star. They earned it.

They sent someone out the very next morning, on a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, when countless other companies were closed or unavailable until later in the week. Our technician, Mark Fuentes, was absolutely incredible. He was kind and personable, and took the time to not only diagnose the problem, but walk us through what caused it, how to prevent it in the future, and how to resolve it on the spot all efficiently and without any rush. What started as an incredibly stressful situation was made manageable thanks to Mark's expertise and Baker Brothers' responsiveness. We're truly grateful and can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and prompt service!

I called Baker Brothers to come check it out as I had a similar problem 3 years prior and they fixed it. Was told that it was free for them to come out and give me an estimate. I needed to know if it was on my side of the meter or the cities side. A nice gentlemen came out and confirmed there was a leak, because it was wet around the meter, but it was going to be $200 to dig it up and get an estimate. Yeah, I know there's a leak, that's why I called you, and was told that it would be a free estimate. Don't bother. He gave me his best repair estimate of ~$900 without seeing it further. Which annoyed me even more since the last time they fixed it was $2K. Why is it half the price now? I opened up meter cover myself, and it was glaringly obvious where the leak was, as you could clearly see it 2 inches from the meter on the city side. I'm not even sure that the guy opened up the meter cover as I don't know how he could have missed it if my uneducated eyes could see it so clearly. I would have paid Baker Brothers $200 for literally nothing but to tear up my yard if I had gone through with it. And now I'm convinced that I was taken to the cleaner last time they repaired my line. Will be calling local privately owned businesses from now on. Lesson learned.
