You can bank online, with a teller, at any of the available ATM machines, but can also receive personalized attentive service by any one of the available associates who are readily accessible by a mere glance and "help me" look in your eyes! I was offered very personalized in-person and email assistance, from start to finish by one of the teller supervisors on duty recently, who took the time to call around internally to help me track down a refund credit that I was unable to confirm on my own!
