He is an artist at his craft, and a storyteller! It was so nice to deal with a family-owned business and see his pride in his family history captured on the walls of his shop. Indeed, I almost paid double for nearly identical frames until I spotted the alternative on the wall... the Monaca shop would have helped me understand the sales and what, if any, differences in the frames might have been. The store framing area is fine by all standards. But it is NOT nearly as good as the Monaca store. Most merchandise is the same, and in a few areas, this store has a wider selection. But for me, customer service is first and foremost. Lesson learned: not all same name places are the same. Every now and again they have exhibits with showing open to the public that are a lot of fun.
