He tells me his diagram is telling him my septic is in the backyard. I point to the holes in the front yard. I tell him my husband is going to have my head for him driving his big truck into this driveway. He said the truck was empty, he works at night doing pumping. So what!! The truck is heavy sitting on a softer asphalt than what streets are made of. He left big marks on the driveway. I told him he should ask in the future. He said he was calling the office and making notes that the septic is in the front. Then I look at the paper he filled out and it clearly says under diagram/notes FRONT YARD!!! SMH!!! You've got to watch everyone. I am buying some of those orange work area cones to keep people like this OUT!!!

From Leo the owner meeting with us after business hours to accommodate our schedule which set a great first impression. I worked with Rich whom I think it as the project manager there and I have to say, Rich hands down is the best project manager I have ever worked with. He was incredibly patient with me and helped me select the quartz countertops I wanted. He showed me a variety and I was not sold on most of them. He even did his own research using Pinterest pictures of what I wanted until he found the slab I've been dreaming of! Rich kept me informed along the way, texted/called back within minutes if I had a question. I changed my mind on the quartz slab 3 different times and he was incredibly patient. If you're thinking of renovating your kitchen, this is hands down the company you want to work with. What a dream team! The guys who installed the slab were great, and really took their time in installing the countertops, and cleaned them beautifully before they left and did not leave an ounce of trash behind. Construction adhesive on our carpets, the whole job was a mess and now we need to find someone else to come fix everything. They got paid a lot more than what they should have and it may cost us more to fix.
