The store is great and the staff is unbelievable especially Chris in the contractor desk. He's extremely knowledgeable and quick to help out. He was in the middle of a lunch break one time and came out and showed me how to use the tool that I purchased there. I always leave happy, and in a timely manner glad that I went there. The other guy that works in the warehouse with Chris is also always a huge help. He has my order packed up and loaded in my truck by the time I can even get back there and very friendly. Kate at the front counter is always a pleasure to deal with. She's always up-to-date on the latest designs. Going thru a total bathroom rip out and remodel is stressful enough but to not be able to move forward with your intended design due to the fact that Best Tile was negligent derailed everything. They provided tiles from the same manufacturer that were mismatched shades of white and since these tiles were to be used in a walk-in subway tile shower (which they knew), you'd notice right away that the color difference between the tiles was glaringly obvious. On top of that, they provided a totally different type of liner than what was asked for. I was unable to have my tile accent installed as we could not find the appropriate liner at the last minute since the job was already underway. To add salt to the wound, they want to offer a store credit instead of a refund. What am I going to use the credit on? My walk in shower is done. If I do another bathroom renovation I will be taking my business to a more competent shop. read more

Meghan assisted me and I loved her right from the start.She is very friendly and patient and so helpful. I really trusted her judgement , you can tell she has an eye and talent for decor. I walked into Best Tile, saw exactly what I wanted among their huge selection and easily accessible showroom floor. To boot, my item was on clearance. I was thrilled, since shopping other stores for my kitchen backsplash was making me feel like it was going to be ~700 bucks. In total, my beautiful white arabesque tile came to $200 which is cheap for our medium size kitchen. I was rung up promptly, drove around back and a nice man loaded the tile into my car. In and out in 20 minutes. I just wish I found this place sooner. read more
