I really want to salute everyone working there, especially the front desk folks like Louis, Vanessa, and a couple of others, these are so very professionals, polite and ready to help anyone who walks inside their clinic, with a big smiling face. (I could see them happy and smiling even though they are all geared up with masks.) what a nice experience. Also, I would like to write a couple of lines for CLARISSA ALVARADO, who leaves no stone unturn to treat her patients, she is a very knowledgeable and a very happy person, hilarious, kind and very Professional. I loved every minute spent at this clinic. While I am a young 21 year old I still had questions regarding the entire process. I am of the understanding that I am paying for the Drs expertise not Debbie's, the care coordinator. I left my consult not educated but confused because of the lack of information that was given to me, I had so many more questions. It seemed as if the dr was asking me all the questions and I was giving him all the answers when it should have been the other way around.The dr would present an issue about my breasts currently but would not address how he would go about fixing it. I left my preoperative appointment having paid the surgery in full and still had so much doubt because of this office's inability to explain any information thoroughly. The next day I went in once again to see if it was possible to change not my size but my profile. As soon as I walked in the Debbie seemed bothered that I showed up saying "your back again ? " followed by a sigh of frustration. The way she acted with me after I had put my money down is no way to treat a patient. I was made to feel like any worries I had was in her words "overthinking" when first off this is not a cheap procedure, and it is not something to take lightly. At this point I was so frustrated and over this office I asked for my money back. Not even 24 hours after my preoperative appointment and payment of my surgery could they manage to keep me happy enough to get me to my surgery date which was less than 2 weeks away. Hmmm giving me the appearance that I was late which I was not. I didn't make a big deal about it or verbalize it because she was checking customers in & out, but you would think notifying staff when a customer/client has arrived would be priority. Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.

Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

The radiologist identified findings consistent with TGCT (tenosynovial giant cell tumor), something that had been missed on a previous MRI elsewhere. That interpretation ultimately led me to the right specialist, a biopsy, and finally an accurate diagnosis after years of searching for answers. Having a radiologist take the time to carefully evaluate the images truly changed the course of my care.
