From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with genuine warmth, respect, and care. The entire team provides outstanding customer service--every staff member listens attentively, takes the time to understand your needs, and never makes you feel rushed. What sets this practice apart is their professionalism paired with sincere compassion. They don't just treat symptoms--they care for the whole person. You can tell they truly love what they do and are dedicated to helping every individual who comes through their doors. This was the WORST Experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I was LIED to by Doctor Nourlie on…read moreseveral occasions. The first lie was that he couldn't give me certain medications that would help my pain due to the fact that I'm type 2 diabetic. He just gave me Tylenol and ibuprofen, also biofreeze. The second lie was that my insurance company through my work hadn't reached out for the x-ray, CT, MRI or PT. It took a WEEK of going back and forth to his office for him to tell me I had to go to the ER to get a CT scan. The reason was, because when he told my wife and i "he was still waiting on the insurance company to get back to him to approve it", my wife and I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance claims person who had said those have been approved for "several days." That they were just waiting for him to get it done. When my wife confronted him about this, his jaw dropped and he said "why are they lying" and tried to blame it on the company. Which is funny, cause after my wife said that, he was able to "finally" get the x-ray done. He said that "his hands were tied and that he's done everything he could legally, i.e. giving me Tylenol and ibuprofen, putting me on several work restrictions but not fully taking me off" was all he could do, that if he did anymore it would be his job on the line. But if it was any other place like "family healthcare" he could give me everything i needed. But for the CT scan and MRI, he told me to go to the ER" to get it done, because if I waited on my insurance to take care of it, i would've been waiting for at least 4 to 6 weeks. So off to the ER we went, That was another 5 hour wait in the emergency waiting room to get a CT scan done. When asked by the ER nurse why I haven't taken anything for the pain, other than Tylenol and ibuprofen, she offered the same medication he told me he couldn't give to me". We explained what he had told me the first day i saw him and she looked confused. She said she's never heard of that before, She even asked the doctor if a type 2 diabetic couldn't take the medication in question and even he was confused on why this doctor would say such a thing, that hey could've helped me in the first place! They instantly gave me the pain meds and it helped a great deal relieve the non stop pain i had to go through that entire week. I am still facing the struggles and pain of my incident, but i could have been in less pain sooner, if i had not been lied to multiple times by this doctor. Even the ER Nurse said all the running around caused more inflammation in my lower back because the constant movement of going back and forth. Also, when i asked him to give me a few days to rest, he told me: "I'm not going to take you off work, your company is going to have to do that, cause I'm not going to. The ball is in their court." This was by far, THE WORST Experience I've EVER had at any doctors office. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place for ANYTHING! After speaking with my insurance company I found a new doctor thankfully, i have to travel 45 min out to Fresno now, but it's worth it. I will not be seeing this doctor anymore, i give everyone reading this a warning in advance. That you will be lied to, they will not take proper care of you, you will get the run around. This doctor should have his license removed.

Dr Reader is professional , Caring and we felt so comforted when he prayed with us before surgery . His work ethics are impeccable and what he has done for my husband's new life of hearing is amazing! Very understanding and answers all our questions never rushing us. His staff in both offices are kind and professional and overall wonderful to the patients . the 5 stars is for having the worst group receptionists…read more doctor bryson, most of nurses are helpful. what's not good at this location are the receptionist minus ruby. if you are being referred here i pray you get ruby if she is still there. the rest are non compassionate rude women. they won't return or answer any of their calls and if they answer the phone they are condescending and acted as if you interrupted them when their job is to answer calls. these receptionist often converses unprofessionally and try to communicate with a power trip attitude. do not let these women treat you this way. advocate for yourself and speak up. that is what i'm doing here. patients; i pray for your speedy recovery. you got this. if you experience this; there are other cancer treatment places. don't go here because this is what your insurance covers. you deserve a real compassionate staff without any negative attitude. you are going through enough. to : doctor bryson. you are awesome. but your staff needs a new attitude. they become a reflection of you because they are supposed to be taking calls. and if you are under staffed, please hire more people. you have enough patients. cancer patients are really sick people. sorry i had to quit my job because i had 2 cancers and now i have to be on medi-cal .. i mention this because i can't help but notice the staff are treating patients like sh*t especially when they know the cancer patient's insurance is medical. i hope you guys really read this and change for your future patients. also; the review that has 45 likes.. should not count because she works there. not a real patient... even her review encourages patients to not take up dr bryson's time. to dr bryson ; yall need to be a vacuum company for the amount of ways y'all attitude and the way you communicate or lack there of "$uck$". god speed.

If you don't have an hour or more to wait, then seek help elsewhere. I gave it two stars because the staff is friendly. I was able to download yelp, read reviews, make a yelp account, and then post this review all before being seen and it has already been over an hour of waiting.

*Waited 35 minutes before being called back by staff insists…read moreupon CD of recent radiology studies prior to visit then nurse(?) asked where radiology study paper reports were. I got on the phone and called medical records of radiology study. Dr Feng rushed out of his office and informed me that he had what he needed. I went into exam room in wheelchair and he asked me why I was here. I attempted to explain it to him and he cut me off. He then went into explaining what he saw on xrays/ cts and reports and explained how it was chronic and not related to the fall. Dr Feng was cold, appeared that I was wasting his time, did not do a thorough history intake or physical exam( he only touched my leg after I insisted that he did so), or provided any kind of post visit advise. Angela, his receptionist was the only person there that provided any positive interaction. My personal recommendation would be to avoid seeing Dr Feng and go to a real doctor(md). I feel that once he sized up that he couldn't do surgery on me that I was wasting his time. I would rate him a negative 5 if I could. I like to add that I worked in the medical field for 23 years and now I know why patients get upset with medical doctors
