It was so easy and quick to request quotes and schedule a few free in-person estimates. Yelp kept everything organized in a "entire exterior painting" project so I could easily access contact info, see who had responded, compare, etc. I also requested ROC numbers to make sure the companies were legit. Ryley, sales guy, from Valor was quick to respond and offered to schedule an in-person estimate. Ryley emailed over a detailed and clear estimate shortly. The estimate was a good price and comparable to one other I had received but Ryley explained their process throughly and I felt confident about the quality and attention to detail. It took months for my HOA to approve the job (even though they requested it and we were using approved colors *Eye roll*). But the emailed quote was still valid and I was able to easily pay the deposit online and scheudle start date for just a couple weeks later! Carlos and Omar completed our job and did a spectacular job on both the prep and painting. Carlos was an excellent communicator and texted me as needed to ask questions, confirm things, etc. They kept me well informed and worked hard. Also super friendly nice guys. At the end of the job I was able to review the work and call out a few areas I wanted touched up, Carlos was happy to accommodate. Our job included stucco repair work, two doors, and garage door. PAL Painting floated to the top based on their Yelp rating and their competetive bid and also being local to our location in Chandler. Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us.
