This time we also had them paint our block wall as well. They are very good at what they do and they are very competitively priced. We also paid extra to have them do what is called a roll back or back rolling. After they sprayed two coats of paint they then go back over it with a paint roller. This ensures the paint gets into all of the stucco nooks and crannies. This also helps to make sure that your houses paint last much longer. Years longer in fact. I highly recommend paying the extra cost to have this extra process done. *From the web: "Back-rolling increases adhesion by forcing the paint into the grain and pushing out the air that would otherwise be trapped in the texture. This method adds an additional 4-5 years to the life of our already durable paint job." Alex's Painting is a great company and I have been very happy with them painting the two homes I have owned.

There are not enough stars to give Fernando and his staff at Next Level Painters. They did an amazing job and very clean work on rough stucco with three colors with many trim pop outs. Fernando was so prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable when he showed up for the initial bid. I called on a Saturday and he was there for a bid within a couple of hours making time for us right away. He gave us an extremely fair bid and put us on the schedule for the following week. His two painters that showed up the first day were so professional, respectful, and nice people taking great care with our home and landscaping. They had the project done in three days including the prep work and spraying two coats of three colors with lots of trim. The most impressive thing is Fernando didn't want final payment until he stopped by to see me and make sure we were happy which was three days after they finished as I was unavailable until then. I would highly recommend Next Level Painters and we will definitely be using them again for our next painting project. read more

Stop your search, use this company. I had excellent work from Fernando and his crew (Adrian & Daniel.) They started painting my home exterior at 6:30 AM/7AM and worked for almost 12 hours the next four to five days. I am a tough customer, I want perfection...Next Level delivered. Next Level knows their business and executes it flawlessly. I found Next Level via Yelp. I blew past all the companies advertising and looked at ratings and reviews. Next Level has tons of great reviews that aren't showing up for some reason. I read most of them. Fernando has years of experience in the industry, starting in NYC. Having lived in NYC for five years, it doesn't get any tougher to bid in that market. Fernando brought that experience out here with him to Arizona. It's nice to work with a company that has integrity, knows their business, has the expertise in their trade, is kind and considerate and shows up. I located Next Level Painters via Yelp. Very skeptical after seeing the number of five star yelp ratings. Next Level Painters truly deserves the FIVE STAR RATINGS that I viewed based on our experience. I contacted / dealt with Fernando first who took the time to inform me of how the project would be completed and the detailed work required to correctly paint our home. He also walked me through how our home would be kept clean during the process. Yes his bid was a bit higher than competitive bids. The Next Level Team that actually painted our house left no doubt that we made the correct decision in selecting this service. They exceeded our already high expectations. Fernando and his crew just left our house and did an amazing job painting our exterior. The rates are very reasonable for top grade paint and the guys did an excellent job with close attention to detail and exceptional care for our yard, landscaping and outdoor furniture. They were very tidy and left our yard completely free of debris and trash. Everything was carefully moved and/or covered and taped, and even our bougainvillea in full bloom that leans on the wall doesn't have a spot of paint on it. They removed all of the window screens before covering the windows, too. The best part is that our two storey house only took 3 days start to finish! Amazing job. We live out of town and wanted to have our condo painted for our return trip. Fernando went through the scope of work with us and provided a fair and accurate proposal. We had found them on Yelp and were pleased wth other comments. We were hoping for the best being so far away from the work being done. They exceeded our expectations. Our neighbours above us and across from us both remarked at how courteous and quiet the painters were. We were very satisfied with the work these painters did on our bathroom vanity cabinets. We had them painted both the Master bath and Guest bath. This company is so easy to work with and very professional. I picked the color Gray Matters from Sherwin Williams and they matched it perfectly with Dunn Edwards Cabinet paint. We recently had our exterior house, pergola and stucco fence walls painted by Next Level Painters after getting bids from 4 different painting companies. Rob was prompt in responding to our request for bid, thoroughly explained the painting process for our rough stucco walls and provided a competitive price. Daniel and Adrian did the work in 4 days, caulking wall seams, door jambs, repairing cracks in the stucco. They did an excellent job. Paint was uniformly applied with no coverage gaps. They did a great job of masking off the patios, walkways, windows, tile roof, etc. so that there was no overspray and they cleaned up each night. I just had my house painted by Next Level Painters and the experience was incredible. From the quote process to the actual work being done everything was top-notch. I had a lot of additional wood work that needed to be done to the house to bring it up to snuff before the painting began and their carpenter Clovis is extremely detail-oriented and creative when it comes to doing repair work. I can tell that Fernando has instilled the same work ethic in his crew as they performed this job with very little oversight from Fernando. This company is very unprofessional! Had my entire interior painted and was told they would start…read moreon 4/5/2021. I had to make a call that morning to find out if they were coming. Daniel called me back to inform me t hat he is sending a crew out shortly. The original crew called in sick. Shortly after the call the painter text me to tell me that he would be here about noon. Painter (Julian) showed up at about 12:30 and ask what we were doing. I was shocked.... I told him the entire house was to painted, walls ceilings, trim, doors, closets, etc. He ask me if I had the paint. My response was "are you kidding me! The amount of money that I am paying, I better not be supplying the paint." I had to give him the paint samples that I purchased for him to go order the paint. Keep in mind that I gave all this information to Jesse Chavez on 3/31/2021. Julian was leaving to going order paint and get supplies and I ask him why you would be back, he said he didn't know how long it would take to get the paint so he would be back tomorrow. When asked, Julian told me he would be here at 9AM tomorrow morning. My understanding from Jesse that the most time consuming part of painting is the prep so I am confused as to why they couldn't order the paint and come back to start prep. Jesse finally called my back about 5pm and I informed him of what happened. He agreed that this was not right and very unprofessional. Ask me to contact him in the morning if Julian did not show up by 9AM. Day 2: I got a text from Julian @7:49 that he is at the paint store and they are making the paint and would let me know when he was on his way. Made the call to Jesse and informed him that this is very unacceptable. Al he could do is agree with me. I ask him to explain how this happened and he had no answers. The only reason i have not pulled out from this job at this point is that everything in my house had been removed and if i started over again, it would mean us moving everything back in and out again in a few weeks when another painter could get to the job. Really wish I had done that now! I gave Jesse a not so nice piece of my mine. At this point I am extremely upset. Its after 10 and still no work being done. I told Jesse that if he could not give me an answer the all my questions to have the owner of the company call me to explain why this happened. Jesse told me he would have Daniel call and talk to he. Need less to say, Daniel has yet to call me. He is a man with no balls and very unprofessional. When Julian completed the job i ask him if Daniel or Jesse was to come out and inspect the work he said no that he was to collect the check for the balance owed. I informed his that he would not be taking the check with him. Julian did an ok job but I don't think the job was worth the money. They are not very consistent. They removed all the outlet and switch plates but left the blank plates and 3 of the 4 coax cable plates and painted over them. Also had a wooden coat hanger with hooks in the closet that they painted over. Found many areas that I will have to touch up and they left a very big mess in my front yard where they took the covering out and dropped paint from them. He also left a big mess where he cleaned the paint in the from yard in my rocks and many drops of paint in my entry way/porch. I simply would think twice before hiring this company to paint anything! I would rate them a no stars if it was an option. Extremely unprofessional!!!

After having this company in my home 8 days to paint interior I was brought to tears to see my new $20k flooring was damaged/stained in many areas of my home. The cabinets they were suppose to "refinish" look absolutely horrible and now ruined. All of my electrical outlets/switches were painted while still on the wall (I now have to have electrician out to replace all ~ more expense) and there are drips of paint throughout my home. Anyone walking into my home is shocked at such a horrible sloppy job that was done. It's truly unbelievable. I just hope I save someone else from suffering loss and shoddy workmanship. Beware! Had my home painted just over 2 years ago. Looked nice at first. I'll admit I was initially…read moreimpressed. I even recommended him to several neighbors and even my parents. Then started to see some peeling under the eaves, then more and more. Then a significant amount of my house body started peeling. Had Michael come out and look at it, and after review he said "I've never seen anything like this" and told me he would "make this right". We had Dunn Edwards out to look at it and they said there was "multi coat peeling" causing the issue- basically that the application wasn't done correctly- and would not warranty it because of this. So Michael said it was the paint, and Dunn Edwards said it was improper preparation. Michael later reneged on his promise to "make it right" and I am stuck painting a large part of my house again.

They were helpful in selecting the appropriate colors and sheens for each item and use excellent Dunn Edwards paint. They were the best priced painters for the job as well. Not only that but they were flexible with the timing of the job as the closing of our house was unfortunately pushed out a week. Mike has always done a great job as I've had him paint for me on a previous house as well. You can expect to get a real professionally painted house when you use La Conte Pro Painting. Thanks Mike & David for transforming our house! We did the walls in Trade Winds, doors/baseboards in Swiss Coffee, did accent walls in the house in Miners Dust and Looking Glass on the master bedroom accent wall.

We were getting on the waiting list. One of his painters has been with him for 26 years! They are meticulous when it comes to fixing all the cracks, peeling, and also rust on wrought iron fencing. They even take pictures to make sure all your backyard furniture is put back where it belongs! The block wall in our backyard separated vertically along the grout line due to tree roots, and they patched it for us. We originally wanted a flat sheen on the house, and Alex recommended a satin sheen, which we were iffy about, so we compromised and ended up using the eggshell, which turned out beautifully. Don't be afraid to try it. It will take the appearance of your home up a notch. You don't pay a cent until the work is completed to your satisfaction, and I was surprised to see so few reviews on Yelp, but he deserves 5 stars from us!
