Before my legal search for a brand new GM lemon, i researched a lot on google to try to find a good lawyer to help me with the battle against GM, i found Alex Simanovsky & Associates, LLC. Before i contacted them, i found some negative reviews, but anyway i gave his firm a chance, they said they only take cases they know they can win, i only had my brand new GM truck for less than 1 year and it spent over 2 months combined at the shop, i had every single document from the dealership with highlighted dates, pictures, videos, details, i sent everything, it couldn't been easier for this law firm, i thought, easy case for them, they reviewed my case and said they were going to help me and GM had to pay their fees win or lose, i was happy. BIG MISTAKE. with the holidays and everything my case took over 90 days. In the beginning the communication was good between them and i, at the end of the "90 day limit"the lawyer that was helping me MISS AMAYA, disappeared, no answering my emails, phone calls or text messages, several days later i finally got an email from ALEX SIMANOVSKI saying something like, there in nothing we can do to help you with this case it will be more expensive to keep fighting VS compensation from GM, i will post pics of the email if you want to read it. I asked him for a DENIAL LETTER FROM GM because i wanted to confirm and keep it for my records, never got a response. I have so many questions like, DID GM OFFERED THEM SOME KIND OF DEAL TO CLOSE THE CASE? DID GM PAID A COMPENSATION BUT I NEVER SAW A DIME? THEY SAID THEY ONLY TAKE CASES THEY CAN WIN, MINE WAS EASY BUT THEY STILL COULDN'T DO ANYTHING? DID I GET SCAMMED? Those are questions i will never get the answers to. read more

Extremely disappointed in the quality of service from Alex himself. He was handling a lemon law case in reference to my own 2023 Discovery Landrover. Apparently Landrover came to a settlement amount but I was still having issues. Alex requested I take my vehicle back in to have yet another assessment done . Once it was completed all documentation was sent to him. Months later I haven't heard anything back from him after many phone call and unresponsive response to my voicemail. I see now he has two stars I do not recommend him as an attorney for any case. I have reached out to consumer affairs. read more

Alex took on my case. During the call, he mentioned that his assistant would be sending me a form to complete so that they can sent the request for arbitration in 20 days when the law allows them to. That was the last I heard from them and both Alex and Bill have returned none of my calls. Zero stars here too!! read more

Alex and his team did a great job getting my vehicle repurchased. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having car issues.

His answering service is horrible. BILL hung up on me after stating my situation. Said we had a bad connection and he'd call me back, but never called me back. He definitely purposely hung up on me. When I called back I got someone else (Naya?) who transferred me to someone else for no apparent reason. Their services is pathetic. All their staff that I have talked with lied again and again. They told you they would call you back today or tomorrow, then no response at all! If you do not call them, they were disappeared. After you first consult your case with them, they would have follow up emails to let you provide your documents. But after you give them all the documents and want to set up your case, you are totally forgot. I was told that even 20 days past, attorney still did not get time to review my case! Unbelievable! OUTSTANDING LAW FIRM! After leasing a brand new vehicle from a MAJOR LUXURY Manufacture that would not assist us after the car had been in the shop more than 54 times for engine problems that was constantly breaking down on the side of the road for the same problem, the manufacture/ corporate office basically told us they were sorry but, we did not have a lemon of a vehicle and they were not going to consider further options to assist us. It was not long after Alex Simanovsky & Associates took our cases that we were notified that the manufacture would indeed be buying back the vehicle after all. My advice is keep all of your paperwork when your car goes into the shop. Alex Simanovsky and associates were extremely professional and the case progressed quickly. I found Alex and contacted him through another website, avvo.com. He was quick to reach out, listened to my concerns, reviewed my documentation and explained my options. Though it didn't qualify for a lemon law case, Alex didn't turn me away. He explained that the manufacturer may offer a monetary settlement for my time and aggravation with the vehicle I purchased. During the process, I felt that I was kept informed when needed and before any decision was made, I was consulted. In the end, I did get a monetary settlement that I'd never have seen without Alex and his firm's help. read more

Contacted Alex Simanovaky about Lemon Law with a jeep product. After sending all my info he agreed I had a case and said we should have a reply within 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, I had to contact Alex to find out Jeep had denied the claim a few weeks before. He never bother to call to let me know about the denial, but he then suggested I take the vehicle back to the dealer one more time for repair and then send him the repair ticket. I did this within a week and forwarded him the details of this attempt at repair for a 4th time. It's been another month. No word from Alex. I've sent several emails and have also called and left messages. I have yet to get a response. Looks like the only thing this law firm does is send a letter one time in the hope of getting lucky and receiving some compensation with only one attempt. After that they're done.
