The attorney I spoke to named Keith Carnesale was rude & actually said he had never heard that before and that my explanation of what happened to me "didn't sound convincing". What???!!! I wasn't aware I had to sell him on the terrible thing that happened to me. I was seeking legal advice. Not an insult. I told him maybe it was because I am exhausted from explaining things over and over the last 2 weeks. I asked him for a price quote & he said he couldn't give me a quote or range of what it might cost unless I know answers to everything other parties involved in the matter were doing. That was a waste of my time & energy. The 2nd time I called them I was told 8 hours for a call back & didn't get call. So after waiting 2 days I called them back and was told I could get a call back the following day. The lawyer who called me said she is a "call center attorney" which I have never even heard of. She was only interested in if I had $1,500-$3,000 in my pocket or not to retain their services for 10 hours of help. I told her I have a court appointed attorney who isn't telling me enough about my rights & what's going on with my case and I need answers to a few questions. She said, oh well, we cannot answer any questions because you already have a lawyer and tried to rush me off the phone. Another waste of time & energy. As well as the $59.95 I spent so far. I am seriously thinking of cancelling unless I just want them to do paperwork that Legal Zoom can do. Dealing with them gives a false sense of security until you actually need something then the reality of they are not really available sinks in. I have been subscribing on and off for a long time. In their favor, they did help me fill out a Living Will many years ago. But for dealing with matters before a Judge such as helping on evicting my tenants who didn't wanna pay, but decided to stay, or helping me on a Probate case with my Uncle who is trying to steal the family house & keep it all to himself, no bueno. They look for reasons to disqualify you from getting the help that you need. SMH.

However he always called me by the wrong name even though I would correct him. Then when we used him on the most recent case for my daughter he was very unprofessional. He got where he would never answer our phone calls or emails. His secretary would also never answer or return calls or messages. He would also never return our calls despite several voicemails. Then when the judge ruled on our case he waited 2 months after the ruling before informing us that the judge threw our case out. Even then he sent the email to his secretary and had her send it to us. I talked to his assistant at that time and asked wasn't J entitled to an appeal which I was then told that it was too late. Therefore it shows me that Mr. Citron was unprofessional and makes me wonder if he was bought out. I would not recommend him at all.
