This is a huge joke and waste of time. If you get anyone named Justin, Devin, Camille or Ernie...RUN. They cussed at my coworker on the phone after they were wrong, never kept their word not for any of the many promises made, they did not even complete services, every meeting was missed and it was like starting from square one at every exchange of communication. We went from 77% completed with 0 progress in the past 30 days so I scheduled a call, on that call I scheduled a follow up call for a month out with promises of more information as to the delay and abnormal lack of overall progress. The month later the account manager was a different person, knew nothing about the account and had zero answers. The account manager called 3 hours past our scheduled time and was perplexed that the dashboard magically changed from reflecting the 77% completion to 91%, I asked why, all the sudden when they called, did the completion percentage change. They could not answer and promised again more answers by end of business day. I did not receive the promised informatin yet again and followed up around 3pm the next business day. The new account manager blamed the old one, said she would get him on the line, hung up and our account services were terminated. No members of upper management will bother to get on a call or make things right. 0/10 Do not use. read more

Our experience with Alexa Media Marketing was terrible! No communication, could not remember answers to questions we already discussed, no creative input, unprofessional, and a sad disappointment. We are in the beginning of starting our new business and reached out to them to assist us in building a website. Based on the current reviews (approximately 26) we took a risk and decided to work with them. We initially liked their vision and feedback during the consultation. However, once they received the payment of $949 suddenly there was minimal communication and response to our emails and questions. When we would occasionally get a response, there would be promises of sending us a prototype, however, weeks would then pass without a response. The process was slow and unprofessional, for a FIVE page website that could be done in 5 weeks tops. We ended up deciding not to work with them and lose our payment of $949. They reached out to us letting us know that they are willing to provide the website, but we no longer wanted to work with a company that did not share our work ethic and values, and lacks any creative input. It was painful, disappointing and frustrating to lose that money, and delayed our launch schedule by months. I share this as a fair warning to any business owner, especially a small business owner that is looking to build their website and looking for a reliable, consistent and creative marketing company. I do not leave negative reviews, I believe every company can have a bad day or make a mistake. However, after originally looking into this company with a small monthly fee to market my business on Alexis or Siri (I was under the assumption it allowed my business to be visible to clients who tend to use talk-to-text) I did not notice an increase in traffic and proceeded to cancel my subscription. Many months later, after calling my bank as well to also cancel or stop the monthly charges I am still being charged. When attempting to contact Alexa Media Marketing the phone number now says "the number you dialed is no longer in service". I even changed our credit card number with the bank and yet somehow I'm still being charged monthly for a service I do not wish to use nor use. read more

I paid $299.99 on June 6th, 2023 for digital advertising and Alexa Voice listing. No service whatsoever has been performed. Texts are answered rudely, emails get no response at all, and now my phone calls are not being answered. I never leave negative reviews, but as far as B2B experience, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm heading to my bank now to request a charge back. We do not suggest you use Alexa Media Marketing. We are a small start up company that launched in October of 2021. Although we created our own website on Shopify, we needed some help with SEO and other marketing objectives. We signed on with Alexa in February 2022. Our goal was to have our website re-vamped to be more consumer friendly and to have our SEO created and maximized to the best of its ability. Alexa Media Marketing reached out to US to get our business. We decided to go with them based on good reviews. In the 10 months we have been working with Alexa, there has been a terrible lack of communication and continuity. There was incomplete work and no commitment to meeting times and deadlines. We often had virtual appointments that never happened. We also had to repeat ideas and instructions to the various representatives in the company every time the contact point for us changed. We had 4 different people that we worked with and there was no continuity from one person to the next. In March we sent an extensive SEO word list in order to improve our SEO. This was one of the most important parts of why we wanted to work with them in the first place. When discussing this with them in October, they had no knowledge of the SEO word list that we previously sent. That is nearly 7 months later! Our website was in DRAFT MODE from April to July. We are a simple website. We started with 9 products in about 3-4 colors each. We only added 3 other products since working with them. And this current website was NOT created from scratch. We chose a website template that they recommended, and the information was imported from our previous theme. In October we were told by Devin that he would take over the account to make sure everything was taken care of. We felt assured us that the mishaps and neglect regarding the account would be rectified. On November 11th, we were told that they no longer had time to work on our account! We reached out to them with all of our notes about incomplete work and they have completely ignored us, and we will have a loss of over $3,000. read more
