Dr. Ryan Shakely met me promptly and Jill in the front office is delightful. The first appointment was long, but it should be! I found another provider in town and after 10 min I had an adjustment and was on my way. However, how did they know whats wrong? Dr. Shakley did a thorough examination that included X-rays. Lots of questions, health history, old injuries, sports I play and how I try and find relief when things get out of whack. Then I had a full adjustment which i guess isn't typical for his practice. Most often it would be the first exam and then you come back. I felt very comfortable in his care. He has a gentle hand and talks you through what he is doing and how you need to breath. When I pointed out that they were acting outside of the law, instead of apologizing and moving on, they doubled, even tripled down. If I can not trust them to follow ADA, how can I trust them to follow other laws? If I can not trust them to admit an error, correct it, and move on, how can I trust them with my care? The normal chriopractor was not there, but they seamlessly operated and got us taken care of. We showed up at 10 am on a Tuesday and were able to get exams and our first visit in all in one and it was great. Mind you this is WALK IN ONLY, which can be good and bad. But it doesn't take a long time. I would say that just know that sometimes there is a few people ahead of you and it can be 20 minutes. But Crystal at the front counter was great, explained everything, answered our questions, and even laughed at our jokes! She was great, made it easy to understand what's happening as you sign all those forms on the ipad. We were seen by a guest doctor and she was fantastic. She explained everything and we both had a positive experience. The place is very clean and the restroom was also very clean. I felt that I was treated fairly, I was explained everything as it progressed and I felt great when I walked away. We both did. We signed up for the deal $79 per month so get all our visits done, and put on my calendar to cancel before being billed beyond what we need.
