I was only told at the last possible moment that my insurance was "not accepted" -- after days of delay and with no other surgical options. Dr. Morse never even examined my finger in person and required me to sign out‑of‑network billing paperwork or surgery would not proceed, despite this being a medical emergency and him being assigned through the ER. Insurance later covered it as in‑network, yet the office continues to bill anyway. Cold, dismissive care and unethical billing practices during a crisis. Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience.

They, unannounced to us waiting for him in recovery and without question, didn't place it right the first time and hollowed out the bone more to place a bigger screw. It didn't take, and instead the bone remained broken around the screw, and indeed hollowed out around it. He has limited mobility and constant pain in that wrist, and always will, along with increasing arthritis as he ages. He wishes he would not have gotten the surgery or talked to these, "specialists", in the first place.

She Yelled at me for moving my hand when she was twisting it at the wrist and pushing forcefully on a very tender area! She charged me over $1200! As far as I am concerned, she cheated me and acted more like a brute than a doctor. Frankly, she owes me an apology for the way she treated me.

I fully expected to shortly undergo some kind of bone fusion or bone removal surgery. She fully discussed with me the pros and cons of each kind of surgery, answered all my questions, and responded to all or my concerns. Although I was mentally prepared for surgery, she recommended trying a steroid injection therapy to calm the pain. I've had two injections in 2022 about three to four months apart resulting in substantial relief from wrist pain. This five star rating refers to all three of my appointments with her. There was only a minimal wait prior to each of those appointments.
