My Holter appointment was amazing, that tech was super informative but also quick and efficient, and kind, funny, and relatable, all in about 10 min, I love that woman. My echo tech brought me back super fast and was very professional. I was super annoyed with my stress echo appointment(s), but the front desk employees are some of the nicest and most understanding humans around. When I voiced my concerns, they were extremely empathetic and had amazing communication, and then the tech who brought me back and did the test was also very kind and explained the issues with timing. If you are going here for a stress test, do NOT expect it to be a fast appointment. Block out an hour or two, because even if the staff is all on top of their game, times can still vary and other patients often show up late and make the whole day a delay. Go for earlier in the day, bring a book, and enjoy the lovely TV in the very clean lobby. (And be nice to the parking Czar, I'll bet he puts up with a lot of nonsense.)

After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, they cancelled last minute without notice (I saw it in my portal.) They then rescheduled me with a different provider who called me an hour late, only to tell me everything looked great. I had to directly ask her about the red flags shown in my results, and she provided no medical insight or consultation. The call lasted 2 minutes. Don't go here, it'll just cause you more stress.

She sits and listens to every word you have to say, has amazing bedside manner and answers back to your emails usually within the same day. I could understand the frustration for people that are trying to get through over the phone and can't. The best way to get a hold of them is through email.

He gets refills done quick when I need them and most of the time I don't have to go into the office to pick up my scrips. One of the few doctors that saves paper and is helpful at finding the most cost effective ways of getting me my medication. After seeing him for nearly 6 or 7 years, I had a life changing event and he takes even more time just to listen and make sure that he is providing the best care possible and by spending the extra minute, he once again will make sure that there isn't anything more he can do to make my life better. Although he does take insurance, he doesn't rush like most doctors to the 6 patients an hour that is required for most doctors accepting insurance. If something requires more time and attention, he will make time to help. He makes me feel comfortable about talking about even the most embarrassing issues and dealing with the situation in the most dignified manner. Finally, when he doesn't know exactly the right treatment he will refer to someone that is more knowledgeable in the field that the ailment requires. We see things the same way about drugs, meaning less is more. He doesn't have that mentality that "there isn't anything my prescription pad cannot cure". It's more of a less drugs is healthier in the long run. Plus, his signage inside every room is great. Check the pictures! So those people "shopping" for doctors this isn't your guy for getting your fix he's a doctor, not a drug pusher/dealer.
