That was due to the day before opening day for deer season so that was understandable. While browsing I had a gentleman come up ask me if I needed help and I said yes we went to the counter and I started looking at handguns. While he was showing them to me he walked off and started to help other individuals up and down the counter. Maybe they were understaffed for the day I'm not really sure what the problem was. Finally when I made my selection of a handgun, laser sight and a holster I was ready to check out. I know that I needed to fill out paperwork for the purchase of the handgun and that's when I was informed that due to some problems that they were having, they didn't have a license to sell me a handgun. I had to go to an off-site location 20 miles away to fill out the paperwork to purchase the weapon and that they would bring it to me within a half hour or so . So after the transaction was rung up I found out that because I used a debit card to pay for the transaction I was charged a $30 credit card fee instead of using cash. I was not informed of that would happen prior to the transaction. So I went to the off-site location and i filled out the application turned it in and was approved instantly. Then I waited 2 hours for the gun to be delivered. It cost me to be late for a follow-up appointment I had a location 40 MI away. Had I known this is how the whole transaction was going to go , I would not have driven an hour and a half to get to that store to make the purchase. I would have gone to a different store, been able to purchase the product in a timely manner, receive it at the time of purchase and I had to pay a fee to use a debit card to make the purchase . For those of you wanting to make a purchase there I would be very careful on making the purchase and check ahead of time on What charges you're actually going to receive and if you can actually do the paperwork there at the store. I did walk away with what I wanted but I was very displeased on how the whole transaction happened . ​

Called and they validated that the wrong firearm was sent…read more Immediately apologized and stated that they were sending my FFL a return shipping label and immediately shipping the correct firearm that day. Fast forward a week and another employee states that the correct firearm is sitting at the store still with a note stating to ship it once the other firearm is returned. I call my FFL to get an update about shipping back the incorrect firearm and they state that they are still waiting for Randy's Hunting Center to send the return label. I am awaiting Randy's Hunting Center response to this, but this is already extremely unacceptable business behavior and practice.

The European hunts allow people with physical disabilities to still hunt. They are allowed to drive an ATV from station to station to shoot at the released pheasants. Prior to the European hunt there is a big breakfast and following the hunt a large dinner is served. When the dinner is finished there is a field hunt to search for the birds that escaped from the European hunt. I took my dad on one of these and he had a blast.

My kids were on the bumper boats for 3 minutes before it started pouring, and we were unfortunately on the way out of town. I spoke to the lady at the counter who called the manager, who had to call the owner. She took down my information and I haven't heard from anyone. I told them that I would like the refund given the circumstances but understand if they couldn't do that but to let me know as the had offered to validate the tickets for the following year. I followed up with an email to the place on 8/15 because the owner did not follow up and I still have yet to hear from them. Very disappointing, you can also tell the girl who had to run the bumper boats was less than thrilled to be there.
