Had a problem with the firearm sighting it, took it back and their in house gunsmith fixed the problem that day. Turned out to be a problem with the ammo, they kept the casings I took with me and contacted the ammo manufacture that day also. Overall am very satisfied with service and the gun I bought that day.

Everyone except for the guy who was going to perform my background check. I didn't know that you couldn't make out of state gun purchases, when you have a permit, but I digress! He made it seem like I was wasting his time from him coming out of the back, smh! The initial guy that I was working with was great! Leaving out, I saw a lot of things I would like to buy, but it would have to be in a local store. Love this store!
