As much as I'd like to say her work is great, her way of handling an unpleasant situation, was so unprofessional. I payed this photographer $1300 for a full package and apparently she got robbed after we left her studio. She immediately accused my husband and I with no actual evidence & of course there isn't any because we did NOT! She says there were security cameras which my husband and I were happy to hear because that would prove that it wasn't us, but all she could tell us 12 days after the incident is that our order was canceled (meaning no pictures and no refund) How!!!??? We payed her $1300!!!! I'm fuming as I'm writing this review. She filed a police report, which is good because we now have proof we payed her (the detective who did the report even agreed with us, that her way of handling the situation was unprofessional) my husband payed her another $800 dollars because the pictures she took were of our newborn at 2 weeks. At this point our son was already a month old. We chose to loose another chunk of money because newborn pictures are irreplaceable. She did not want to give us our pictures without another payment because according to her we had the $1300 dollars. At this point I no longer wanted the package, so we bought the digital ones. Which I thank God we were able to get from her. Professional pictures of our precious baby were worth every penny. She had done my maternity shoot a couple of months back and everything went smooth at that time. I had referred her to my family and friends but after all this she lost many potential clients. At one point I felt judged for being Hispanic. I just really hope the truth comes out and she realizes how badly she handled everything. read more

Alex is a perfectionist, patient, incredibly talented and she goes above and beyond. She did my daughters 6 month and 9 month photos and she recently did my second daughters newborn pictures. The beautiful thing about hiring Alex is that you KNOW she will get the shots you want. My newborn was not cooperating and Alex did not give up until she had every shot I wanted and shots that I didn't even know I wanted!! She is also so reasonable. I priced out photo boxes and she beat every one else's pricing by a landslide and the box I ordered for Alex was so much cuter than the first one I ordered from another photographer. I LOVE the photo box and I highly recommend it! It's a great way to display the amazing moments Alex has captured. When my daughter turned 1, I decided to change it up and go with a different photographer. OMG did I ever regret that!! I never should have "cheated" on Alex. The other photographer was unprofessional, incredibly rude and it took me MONTHS to get my photos. NEVER stray from Alex. Alex is THE best! I meant Alex when she took our maternity pictures in 2016. Our shoot was at the beach. My toddler son wanted no part in the photos...all he wanted to do was jump in the water. It was windy and cold and I just didn't feel like there was much for Alex to work with. I was sure our photos would be horrible. When I received the proofs about a week later I was floored! Alex did our son's newborn photography when he was 12 days old. The photos came out beautifully ... and the session was a lot of fun. She is incredibly patient and knows how to soothe babies and on top of handling a newborn gently she maneuvers cameras and props to achieve the picture perfect shot.
