We feel very lucky to have found Alexis on our way to buying our first home. We recently closed on a condo in Culver City that we're excited about and wouldn't have been able to do it without having a teammate like Alexis helping us every step of the way. We teamed up with Alexis to take on the absurd fun/challenge of trying to buy a place from six hours away in NorCal! We emailed Alexis with a list of what we were looking for and she got us set up with MLS listings the same day. Every day, we'd review the listings and send things Alexis' way that we were interested in and we'd check in on the phone as well. Alexis would quickly find out which places were still available, which ones we should avoid (safety, unforeseen costs, not what they looked like) and get back to us on the same day. She helped us put together a bid, then a re-bid when we got into a "best and final offer" process and our offer was accepted. During the escrow period (the hard part), Alexis was there with us every step of the way. We moved extremely quickly and did everything we could electronically using Docusign (signing docs on my phone! amazing!). I'm a really efficient, task-oriented person and could not have had a better partner than Alexis to buy our place. She let us know when we had to get something done the same day and kept us in the loop on when we had some time. She answered my questions that HGTV and the Google didn't answer for me and of course, we got the place after a fast and furious escrow period with a moving target close date by the seller. When we were planning on moving down from the Bay Area, we knew we wanted to buy since we heard that rent was crazy in West LA.
