My wife and I started house hunting in Redondo Beach area back in February and we just closed our new home a few days ago. Looking back at this journey, choosing to work with Lauren is perhaps the best decision I've made in this entire process. Let me start of by saying that this is our second time working with Lauren. I believe that repeat customers are one of the biggest signs of a great relationship. Lauren helped my husband and I find our starter home in 2013. We had no idea what to expect or what to do but we knew renting was wasted money and knew building equity was the key to buying our forever home. Lauren eased us with our very first meeting. My wife bought our townhome 10 years ago and we're very emotionally attached to it.  It was her first home purchase, made several upgrades where she painstakingly selected everything myself, and this is where we brought our daughter home from the hospital a little over a year ago. However, it was time to trade up for a single family residence for the entire family, and we were anxious and extremely stressed about letting go of the home and finding the right house that might be our "forever" home. Lauren and her team helped us find and secure a house that we love and also made the experience a rewarding and exciting one, with the least amount of stress possible. First of all, they listened to our goals, hopes, fears, and many many questions.  They were hands off when we were busy and just needed time to think, and they were hands-on and very detail oriented when I was anxious and needed immediate answers to my questions and concerns at various steps in the process. They started off by helping us come up with a long term plan to first sell our townhome and then find the right home for our family.  We discussed many details because my wife needed to understand the strategy and timing since I was worried that we would sell the home that we loved and then feel pressured into settling for a house out of fear of being homeless. One of my biggest dream in life was to be a homeowner. Living in Southern California has been quite challenging to see this dream come to life. After many house hunting failed during 2021-22, we stopped looking for houses, until a few months ago, we got back our courage to visit an open house, hoping we could ask for the referral of a real estate agent. Lauren was introduced to us by the open house' listing agent. We tried an offer for that property, but due to our limited situation, we have to move on for another property. On the second house hunting, Lauren already shows her confidence and professionalism in the real estate field. She created an excellent bridge between us and the listing agent of the property we put an offer on. We had worked with 3 other real estate agents in the past. I truly can not say enough how AMAZING Lauren and her team are to work with. Immediately after the initial first phone call my husband and I knew that we were in the best hands. Lauren always showed us what was in our price range and was always honest about work houses needed, what it would take financially and if she didn't feel a house was the right fit and why. Lauren worked really hard to get us a fair price, and to get the most for our money, she really had our back! When we got our offer accepted we were overwhelmed thinking about all the things that needed to be done. Immediately Lauren set up emails, appointments and referrals for us.
