The doc clipped my nails way back again with this most recent visit. There is barely anything left that shows that I had toenail fungus. My next appointment is in June. Probably my nails will be completely clear by then. I am going to continue to use the anti-fungal solution and cream, spray my shoes with Lysol from time to time, and that will probably be it. The cost for all of this is reasonable. The laser is really a piece of cake pain-wise. The appointments are brief. The people are friendly. The only thing that may have been a slight negative is I believe the pills I took during the first 30 days made it slightly uncomfortable to swallow for a couple weeks. Maybe it made something in my throat swell a little. But it was bearable. So if you've got toenail fungus, my advice to you is to just deal with it - before it gets worse and becomes a bigger problem. Forget about over-the-counter remedies. Declare all-out war. Go to some professionals like these guys and get the problem solved.

On the day of his appointment, we were seen promptly and given the utmost respect. Throughout my husband's Mohs surgery, I was kept apprised of the progress of his procedure. As the treated area on his forehead heals, the scar is barely visible. Prior to my husband's appointment, I read about Dr. Perlis's stellar medical training, but I was unaware of his equally exceptional caring attitude. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Perlis to anyone requiring a board-certified dermatologist also trained in Mohs surgery.

They never contacted me to reschedule my appointment or call me back to rectify or reschedule a new appointment. -if you ask questions, no knows what's going on. - your verbal post op instructions were terrible so I had to reach to a colleague in another to answer my questions. - you'll never see the doctor for you follow up appointments, just people who claim to be nurse but no one wears IDs to confirm. -my results are good, not great so I still have questions. I have not seen anyone from the office since my 1 month follow. ‍ Lucky, I am in good health with no chronic conditions so I currently do not have any issues but it would've been nice to talk with the surgeon at a visit, post operatively. My experience with Rothman was disappointing and negatively impacted my life. Had a TKA performed…read morewhich was grossly misaligned. Resulting in pain and severely limited ROM. Same Rothman surgeon performed a TKR one month later with a similar result and he performed a subsequent MUA a few weeks later with no improvements to ROM and pain. At this point the surgeon referred me to another Rothman partner for a consult. The consult surgeon stated the knee needs to be revised for the 3rd time. Obviously, I moved on from Rothman Orthopaedics Institute. If you're considering a TKA please get more than one opinion from a different facility. The Rothman statements of "Be What You Were" and "Get Your Life Back" are simply marketing promises undelivered for this young patient.

The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience.
