Call center cancelled my appointment the morning of via text message, Reason: Dr. had family emergency. When I was finally able to reach some one with the authority to reschedule me I was told the best they could do would be 12/24 or 12/26. Three months after my original appointment was cancelled!!!!!! BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. She promised she would look into it. I am so deeply concerned and saddened by the change in management . This had been a top of the line practice since it opened. No longer true.

Tried to refill a prescription, did not understand what that was. Why are you calling? because Penn Med at VF does not accept calls from Drug stores, mail order drugs, etc. Silence. These people do not know ANYTHING about you or Penn's policies. Their equipment is so bad you can barely hear them. They put you on hold, you can hear them answer other calls, and put THEM on hold. Be prepared for a long wait for calls to be answered: 50 minutes. If you set up a call back, it is ignored. It's a shame to put this here, since this is Pennmed Corporate. But as a corporation, rest assured Penn medicine is making sure that profits are #1 and does not care one bit if you find another doctor.

I was referred by my neurologist for Botocks treatment. I have chronic migraine no medication has…read moreworked. Took 8 months to get an appointment only to get prescribed a anti inflamitory medication to start. Didnt work. Finally decides next course of action is the Botocks of course insurance denied. The doctor never sent a letter to appeal the decision. A must with Blue Cross. Migraines getting worse now blurred vision and loss of words. I call office the receptionist says the doctor will call you right away she sends a priority text. NO CALL. Its been two days nothing. I must assume they do not want to help me and now will need to go to a different state to find a new Neurologist that does Botocks. Apparently only two doctors in this state do the Botocks for Migraines. Waste of 8 months and lots of pain. NO apparent reason of no call, not even from a nurse or front office. Very surprised coming from a doctor who has 5stars??

I didn't find out they were doing this until two weeks after my prescription had last where I had to go through the portal, get transferred to the front desk and get tied into their head of administration. They do not return messages left at their office for prescription refills. Nor do they respond to them if they have already filled your prescription at their office. Further, upon attempting to correct this, the head of administration for that office tried refilling my prescription 30 days from this date instead of giving me an immediate prescription refill as their prescription was waiting for me at their office. You're not told, signing for or otherwise asked about this practice and you won't know it unless you look at the my penn medicine app. The instant message on that of this practice. That's the only notice given. My cardiologist is excellent. But this practice gives me pause as to whether I should remain patient.

Dr. Bollinger - in terms of what he knows about the urinary system and the efforts he was able to invest into fixing my kidney nearly 12 years ago - is certainly an expert, but it is concerning that he and his staff are not organized and professional - particularly when they have the power to control the fate of people's physical health. Millions of people across the globe have stepped forward to vocally oppose my work as a radical feminist theorist and psychological scientist, yet I can STILL remain organized and highly professional in my endeavors.
