For beginners, the people at the office were consistently rude, both coming and going. Every single person that works behind a desk there seems to hate their job. But my biggest issue is that I last visited their office in January of 2024. It is now September 2025 and I received a bill threatening to send it to collections. I have not received a single thing from this company in well over a year and a half and they're threatening collections for $11.65. I contacted the billing department and suddenly my bill is now $47. They sent me a copy of the itemized statement but it makes absolutely zero sense. It is impossible to ascertain what was charged and what was paid. I recall paying a bill online after my final visit, yet their online site shows no record of bills provided or paid for. At this point I'll likely just hand over the $47 to get this horrendous company out of my life forever. Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if they suddenly decide I owe them even more money for completely unexplained reasons. I'd suggest staying far away from this medical group.

Before the procedure they have me Percocets but I was suppose to take them every 8 hours (even though I looked it up and it's suppose to be every 6 hours). Then they had the balls to tell me they don't address pain, even though the doctor (from that practice) prescribed the pain meds before. Like Dr's need to stop treating people who are in a lot of physical pain like drug addicts. Not all of us are drug addicts, so of us are in extreme pain. Also the nurses are very rude.

She ordered wrong test which radiologist realized and got all approvals to proceed with correct CT which confirmed passing of all blocking stones. Wong called me to confirm results which I already received and read report. Wong proceeded to request if I wanted the final nonblocking stone removed (previously saying not priority an difficult to reach??). I declined; she then advised she was charging for tele visit, that surgery was cancelled but did not suggest how to avoid further stones. Wanted me to drop off stones for testing when I asked about type of stone. Then received call from surgical center adding I was late for admissions and wasn't advise surgery was cancelled. This practice pushes surgical solutions vs conservative treatment, has poor follow up and no recommendations for future care.

Finally, someone told me she saw the payment and I wouldn't receive additional notices. Now, 2.5 years later, I just received yet another $139 bill and threat to send me to collections. I've finally given in and just paid the bill again to get them off my back, because it'll cost me far more than $139 in my time and effort to continue to fighting them. Medically, these guys may be ok, but their billing is absolutely awful.

Check out the other two reviews that were made right after (the same day) that I shared my information with the public by two women who obviously work in her office because they've never reviewed on Yelp before, and their reviews are so glowing that you have to wonder... is she that arrogant that she thinks we don't get it..?!? Girl, I don't know what you have going on in your life, but obviously the focus is not MEDICINE. NOTE: all the other others ....agree with me that she is so high on her horse that she can't see the ground. Some years ago, when she first opened (because I have serious urological issues that now fall into-- get it "Womens pelvic health"...) I went to her because of my very serious, very painful and incurable issues and they knew the issues well. I received treatments that helped me tremendously. HOWEVER, this was the beginning of a very serious health journey, and so some of this got put on the back burner.... But, this year those challenges have reared their ugly heads.... I called the office to make an appointment and was told that there was a $300 outstanding insurance co-pay. It happens.... I said I'll be happy to pay for it. They said you'll have to call a different number. I said OK give me the number. And an appointment.... And this is when I wanted to reach through the phone and choke that doctor .....If anybody can find her, I don't know if she exists. I never did ever meet her. I was told, because I owed this amount, that I was now placed in Doctor Molden's BED DEBT NO MORE A PATIENT file! And I said well, I'll pay for it and then I can see Dr. Molden.., I'm really suffering... And, she said, no, you're now a bad debt, so we can't see you anymore... WHAT THE?!?! I don't know what else to say. She obviously needs with all these reviews to pull her stuff together... get off that pedestal... hit the ground hard.... find some empathy, caring, and most of all ....how about medical professionalism ?!?! I think part of her oath, which I doubt she took, actually addresses the fact that no doctor should cause pain or suffering.... And guess what Dr Molden, there's lots of people out there doing what you're doing now and I'm now seeing one of them and they really exist. I see the doctor... They don't send out nurse practitioner to care for you. Which by the way, I have no problem with whatsoever, but, I would expect to have a relationship with the doctor as well. I wonder if those PAs get her level of salary.?!.. because they're actually doing all her work, as far as I can see. PS anyone who follows me, knows I have never written more than a couple of scathing reviews, because I realize that restaurants have problems in the kitchen..everyone has staff problems ...Services sometimes run into problems, stuff happens, But this isn't "stuff". This is her way of doing business.... (I'm not mentioning doing medicine, because, she's not doing medicine for me ....or a lot of people, as far as I can see)... When it becomes a health problem for people who need to seek medical care, I am happy to add this one in... And she's one of the very few doctors that plasters her picture all over the place. Dr. Gittens is very detail and results-oriented. Most doctors just treat the symptoms with Viagra, but that only works temporarily. Dr. Gittens treats the underlying issues to get long-term solutions.
