I ended up getting the newest 16 Pro Max and he was able to transfer everything while I went and got lunch. I got credit for my old phone and had a week to bring it back (which was helpful as I had to un-pair some things on the old phone for some apps to work on the new phone, etc. which he had said could happen.) I brought it back today and while Jonathan was not there, Sarah helped me and she was great as well. This location will be my T-Mobile store going forward. I had a bad experience at the one on Boylston Street in the Back Bay several months ago.

All my life i had been told not to trust these kind of shops and I felt that that opinion was no longer correct. Until I got home realising that now my Audio and speakers on my phone no longer worked. I went into the store that following sunday store is meant to open at 10am it opens at 10.30am. I asked another shop owner if they still open Sundays I was told that they do but they are always late. Waited around in the shop for 1h 30 mins while my phone is being looked at but the problem persisted even after being told its sorted. Went back on monday and the manager sorted the issue finally. To be honest after this experience i wouldn't go back. I would be a fool to go back there for anything. Not trustworthy, bad timekeeping and unprofessional. The guy that spoke to me on Sunday had no manners. Update.... Few days later I realised that the screen had not been glued on properly and there was a gap, then now it has broken again... Screen doesn't work and they are too disgusting to refund me. It was a rush job for £60. What a waste of money.

To their credit, they reinstalled my old battery and refunded my money in full, but not without trying to weasel a $20 labor charge from me to which I objected. For these 2 bold transgressions, they resoundingly deserve nothing but 1 star. Please also beware that ALL of their replacement parts are either used parts yanked out of other broken cell phones in their possession, or sub-standard new parts made by very-low-quality Chinese manufacturers of bootleg cell phone parts. Do yourself a favor, have your iPhone repaired by Apple itself. Yes, they charge 75% more ($79 vs. $45), but they use only high-quality parts and they're honest and quick. By the way, for those of you who've read other reviews herein that claim that these Scammers don't honor their posted hours of operation, I can attest that this is absolutely true. Customer service has been great at times, other times they have been patronizing and down right rude. Wait times are ridiculous when you call in and of course they want you to use the app and do the work so they don't have to pay someone to do it. I spent hours on the phone to get a rebate i was promised and it took many phone call and weeks to resolve. Pay attention and get everything in writing. If you are not tech savvy, I would not recommend T-mobile.

Called today and they had one/1 left so we went right over. Leisha T. helped us, got my mum a chair, went over options buying phone up front or paying in installments, how much per month post taxes and protection plan. Answered all our questions including if my mom could keep her same phone number because she is T mobile customer and keep paper bill/both yes. Store is large, masks not required but we wore ours. Leisha T. again, very nice and efficient, and she gave us heads up store will be closing for about a month for remodeling this summer/but then will re open.

I have the info on the phone she used and have been on the phone with, who I assume, was BoostMobile many times since this happened and the last person, who was a supervisor named "Jean" was the first person to tell me another way to fix the problem without any stores being involved.
