Poor communication within company and passed the blame on to the manufacturer. Had to repeat issues and submit photos several times. Husband had to remeasure the sliding doors. Additionally, they put the burden on me to prove what sales person had promised. Finally gave up and accepted because the entire process caused me a great deal of undue stress. UGH!

Brian Majkowski is an honest, look you in the eyes as he shakes your hand builder who is personally there for you throughout the entire build and indeed after you've moved in. He was always 100% available, honest and responsive to our concerns. Every other builder we met had layers of people between you and the "decision makers". In closing; Majkowski Construction Inc. has been building homes in SWFL for over 25 years. The president of the company is personally available to you and values you as a client. When getting our roof replaced after Hurricane Ian, we hired Superior Commercial Contracting…read more During the course of replacement, the project manager left the company, leaving the roof supposedly complete. Upon inspection it was found that the roof was incorrectly installed. Anthony Mills, the owner of the company, explained the problems and his intention to fix them. Anthony brought in a roofing contractor who was very experienced in metal roofing. This contractor and Superior Commercial Contracting ordered new material and scheduled repairs. Our roof was completed in a week and passed inspection easily. Kudos to Superior Commercial Contracting for bringing our roof into compliance and completing the project.
