My appointment for a surgical procedure changed without telling or asking me (via a message on the…read moreportal the day before) and when I called, Alyssa told me that this is what they do and then it's my fault for not reading the fine print of the paperwork (there is no paperwork given). I was also told that if I reschedule, they're probably going to change the appointment again on me. When I contacted the doctor, again via the portal, he got back to me and said, "The change in the procedure time occurs due to a multitude of reasons." If you need to change the time, maybe you do it over the phone or with more than 16 hours notice for a surgery. On top of me not using Dr. Gurgov in the future because of the poor customer service and the rudeness of Alyssa at the office, I will not be using Optum again because of how hard it is to get in touch with somebody (you get redirected to a call center and can't call the actual office) and then how terribly you're treated when you do finally get in touch with somebody. I was made to feel as if it were my fault that this appointment was changed without any advanced notice and that I was a moron for not knowing that they would change a surgery (that was scheduled 2 months ago) the day before.

I've been seeing more doctors as I get older and very rarely do I leave a practice because of the doctor. It's almost always the nitwits up front. Out of All the incompetentsI have dealt with, the people here are the worst. Start with the people who can't speak English. You have to speak very slowly and keep repeating. Then you hope that they have it correctly. And it goes downhill from there. When I call back to ask what's going on, they apologize profusely and promise everything and deliver nothing. AVOID THEM! THE WORST!!!!!!! EDIT: The last time I called to complain about the treatment I recieved, I spoke to a woman who claimed to no be like the others. At the time I didn't believe her because of the lies and runarounds I got. After I hung up I never expected to hear from that office again. Several weeks later this woman called and asked if I still wanted the medication nobody could get right. I told he I did. I expected nothing to happen but I received a call from the Compounding Druggist and made arrangements to pick up the drug. I would be remiss if I didn't add this to the story. After weeks of insanity, this woman came through.

I and not a fan of this practice, have been to the office 4 times and from the moment I enter to…read morethe moment I leave, and beyond it is always a disappointment. The Front desk staff is so unwelcoming, sometimes to the point of not even acknowledging me at the window. I sign in sit down until I am called. The two favorable things I will say about this practice, is that I have never waited, and the med tech staff are very friendly and very capable. Beyond that it has never been a favorable experience. After leaving their restroom to provide a specimen, you walk past a sink, filled with 30 or more urine specimens just dropped in the sink, not only quite disgusting, I wonder if this violates health code. The Exam with Dr. Peller is always quite brief and very rarely much discussion, in and out. The follow up the blood work is never in a timely fashion, if at all. Currently waiting 2 weeks for a call with my blood work results, impossible to sign on to their portal, or reach anyone by phone in the office. After 2 weeks, requested my blood work through their website, never received a response. Decided to leave the practice, requested my records through shareware, got text notified that request was complete, but heard nothing from office. Made an attempt by firm to confirm that they are available for pick up, and again. No reply
